purchased something the day before lock down - still in bag with receipt and want to return it - can't get through to anyone on the phone. not sure if stores will accept returns from the day before lockdown... does anyone have an update?

Over priced items. Styles u can find in any other store just with another brand tag. Besides in the XXI century I find discriminatory a store that only offers one TINY size fits all.

While shopping in area, we decided to wait 20 min for them to open only to discover they did not open, at all, least the staff could have put a sign on the door informing the public its closed until further notice. Despite google showing them as open they are not. Dec 23.

Poor customer service, below mediocre quality. Longest line, 15 at a time in yet that includes # of employees. Poorly monitored line. People coming out yet it takes forever for them to let next in line in. They need to go to an online presence. It’s pretty junky but my daughter loves it. Can’t wait until we are out of this “phase.”
