My experience at Brandl Chevrolet Buick GMC was one that I felt comfortable from the start. I had been looking at trucks for a good 5 months prior. I had been to many dealership. From the first impression phone call, to the final sale of my 2012 Sierra GMC the friendly, knowledgeable staff at Brandl were all great to work with. My salesman Mark treated me more like a friend than just a customer. He was very knowledgeable of the truck and its history. Mark WASN'T the typical salesman pushing it on me, or treating me like I shouldn't be buying a truck. He was AMAZING to work with throughout my experience at Brandl Chevrolet. I surely will be going back the next time I need a new vehicle.

After a few trips going to different dealerships I found Brandl in Aitkin to be the best experience! Walking inside I was greeted by Jamey and Kirby who did an amazing job helping me find the vehicle that was right for me! Kirby was exceptional at giving me the information and pricing that fit my budget and was VERY personable and friendly. He was not pushy and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and got what I wanted. I almost felt as if he was a friend walking me through the exciting but at times stressful process. After it became officially my truck, he took the time to answer any questions I had. After words, I’ve received a couple follow up calls from Kirby to make sure I don’t have any question about the truck and making sure I’m completely satisfied. I suggest anyone who is looking for a vehicle to go to Brandl.

Right from the start everything went as smoothly and quickly as possible when we came in to purchase our new vehicle. I would highly recommend working with Mike and Tyler as they helped us out tremendously. We would definely recommend many people to purchase their new vehicle there. We are highly impressed ! We drove from Brainerd so it was definitely worth it!! Two big thumbs up!

Excellent! Being from our of town, my flat tire was in desperate need of service. Brandt's was quick to say we'll help. Thanks to Mark on tge service center, and, all the other staff who greeted and served me.
