I came here to look at used pickups with little intention to buy one after speaking with Tony Carlson about one of their used f150s I really began to like the truck and decided I wanted it after a lot of fighting they were able to get me financing tony spent over 6 hours helping me through the process on his day off this was the absolute best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership the customer service was impeccable and they sold me a really nice truck for a good price I will be recommending this dealership to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle and will be making all purchases in the future through them

The young service gentleman was pleasant & efficient with a good sense of humor. My car was serviced quicky. I used a $10 off coupon that was sent to me in the mail. I received a free car wash and I was on my way! The show room was decorated beautifully for Christmas too. The waiting area & restrooms are always clean. The free beverages is always nice!

We just picked up a new truck that we ordered almost 9 months ago and we couldn’t be more pleased with all of the help that Mike has provided us. This was our 4th vehicle that we have purchased with Atwater GM and we would not even bother looking anywhere else. This dealership will try to double charge you screw over young woman is only greedy and cares about selling brand new expensive cares they don't care about people's safety or finances or them or their children's safety whatsoever they don't have morals or values and do not have kindness or the golden rule and do not know how to show people kindness or respect whatsoever I would not recommend this dealership to a friend coworker or anyone from church. They also tried to overcharge my friend for a cabin air filter. They told me if you want to buy a safe car you buy a 50,000 front of the line Car. That prooves how incredibly greedy this business is!!

I have been taking my vehicles here for service for several years and they have NEVER steered me wrong. The service staff is #1. I've also purchased 2 vehicles and both times was top-notch.

Every time I bring my car in I get told there is some major issue with my car. If I don't get it fixed I will end up on the side of the road. When I bring to 2 other places for options there is nothing wrong. I hate that I bought a package deal of oil changes cause now I am stuck having to bring my car here.

Only issue is with the "swollen" lug nuts. The vehicle has never been in the snow so odd that this would happen but had to replace all 20 to get tires rotated at 13 bucks apiece. What do I find when I get in my vehicle? You didn't use the four that were in the security package that your technician would have had in their hand to take the wheels off, so I ended up buying four that I didn't need.

Kirby at Atwater Chev was very helpful in showing us what we wanted to see, answering questions, staying late on a Saturday and taking care of getting the things done that needed doing so we could drive away in our new car. Thanks.

Oil change and maintenance check were performed by courteous, competent staff. Service Department would not honor the final service coupon in a package of coupons purchased pre-Covid due to a time limitation. Disappointed - for whom did time NOT stand still during Covid?
