I bought a freezer from them back in 2017 that was supposedly new. After one year and one week freezer stopped working. Went back to store and stated my issue and was told that I should have bought the extended warranty! After many attempts to settle the issue, got repaired at my own cost for $200. The freezer ended up being a 2015 model! Never again will I shop at this store. If I could have given a no star review I would have.
