It's not as big as PetSmart, but they seem to have a decent selection of products for everything from hamsters and birds to dogs and cats. The place is also very clean and well organized.
I purchased a crate and realized when I got home that it was too big and did not fit in the car. Within a couple hours I returned with the crate intact and tje receipt but was refused a refund.. store credit only. It is almost unheard of that one cannot return unused merchandise for a refund especially within hours of the purchase. This is not an honest way to run a business. They should put up a sign stating that they don't do refunds. I never would have purchased anything from this place had I known that they run their business this way.

Du moins, lorsque j'eu moi même quéri l'aide d'un employé, le service reçu par ce dernier ainsi que par son supérieur furent très bien, voire plus que convenable.
