Metro Mont-Laurier

My husband and I went there yesterday and had the worst experience!!! We were standing in line for quite some time as it was very busy, and they had only a few lanes open. As we approached the cashier, she told us to read the sign that said 12 items or less. We told her we that we had 11 items. As we unloaded the items, we actually had 13. This is due to me picking up 2 chocolates that were on sale while I was in line . She wouldn't allow us to put them all through and made us do 2 separate transactions. She was EXTREMELY rude to us!! I didn't get her name, but she was young with somewhat purple colored hair. I will go to IGA for my future shopping. They have never treated us poorly there.
