Branchaud Econo

When I first decided to purchase new furniture I decided to go to Branchaud with high expectations. All went well for my first purchase an electric bed for my husband then came my turn to purchase a new bed. I made sure to ask if I needed a box spring or not with my bed and the sales person said NO. Foolishly I took his word for it and my bed and mattress is getting delivered and now I need that box spring if I'm to use my bed. I called the store and this was confirmed and was told it would cost another 150.00 then have it delivered and so on or can use a plywood sheet. I broke down in tears what kind of service is that ? Sorry but the rest of our furniture will be purchased where customer service matters.

A furniture place. Good service, though sometimes the merchandise is slightly damaged. No problems or fuss about exchanging, reliable service for that.They also sell slightly damaged exterior appliances, as is. They have very nice sofas and other items that are original and pleasing to the eye.
