I had a wonderful experience at the library thanks to the assistant Monika. She was professional, approachable, and very knowledgeable. I was first time here to print the document. She helped me with printing my documents and explained everything clearly, making the process easy and stress-free. I truly appreciate her support and dedication.
As always the library here is a great place to go and relax when events aren't happening. I was able to get the book I wanted to read and it was a pleasant experience. What keeps me from giving it five stars is the librarian who was helping me looked like she was still sick/recovering from a cold. She was light coughing a few times and as you know they need to physically touch your library card and book if they do get it for you. I understand if the staff can be short-handed at times, but that is no excuse to come into work sick. At least take a few days off or at the bare minimum wear a mask and sanitize before giving said book to customer.
The library’s kids programs are absolutely fantastic! From storytime and crafts to STEM activities and reading challenges, there’s always something fun and engaging for children.nWe always look forward to our library visits!
I've been to concerts that were quieter than this place. What a zoo. Libraries are suppose to be a place where one can work and study in peace. NOT a venue for a bunch of loud screaming crying kids. You're better off studying at the Rogers Centre during a monster truck rally. Zero stars!
Small but peaceful — Cyril Clark is a cozy, quiet spot for reading, studying, or just escaping the noise.nnStaff is usually helpful and polite. Good selection of books, audiobooks, and study tables.nnIt’s not as big as the downtown or Chinguacousy branch, but it’s less crowded, which makes it a great place if you want focus and silence.nnComputer access, printing, Wi-Fi, and kids’ reading areas are available. Clean, well-maintained, and has a relaxing vibe.nnParking is free and easy, shared with the theatre and community centre.nnNot fancy or flashy, but perfect for peace of mind and productivity. Feels like a hidden gem for locals who just want to study, read, or think in peace.
