Brampton Library - Cyril Clark Branch

This place is more of a daycare than a library. As a student I found this place horrible. The quiet area is available but it is small and has limited amount of plugs for your devices and hours. It is so loud at this library that you have a better chance getting your studying done in the Tim Horton's down the street.

Cyril Clark Library is a bright & modern facility, & the staff are nice. However, it's the noisiest library I've visited, so it's not a good place for quiet study or work. There is a "quiet study" room, but it's name is misleading as it's frequently booked & only available so long as it's not booked for another purpose. Frustratingly, the "quiet study" room availability is not posted in advance, so you never know when it's available, when people will spontaneously book it as a meeting room, or when you'll get booted out.

Love this place. It is very bright and roomy. I come here mostly for the baby and toddler story time programs which are good.

Great library, I have visited a few times recently. I was there mainly for the children section. Very new and modern with electronic return book machine.

Looks great since they did the renos! And they have a quiet study area too.
