For years I have neglected to go to the dentist due to past negative experiences. After recently experiencing some pain and dental problems and searching for dental offices, I was able to book an appointment in with Bow Trail Dental who kindly accommodated me on very short notice due to my urgent need. From my very first encounter with the dental hygienist (Melba) and dentist (Dr. Sean Wong), it has been by far the best dental experience I’ve ever had. And still after numerous appointments, Dr. Wong and his team (Melba, Anna, Alicia, receptionists), have all been the most kind, compassionate, and professional dental team I’ve ever encountered. They go above and beyond to ensure that each visit is as positive and comfortable as it can be. If anyone is looking for the best dental team in the city, this is one of them.

I was very scared to go to the dentist after a bad experience at my last dental office. I am so happy that I chose to go see Dr. Wong and his team!! Uzma was my dental hygienist and she was incredible. Very friendly and informative. You can tell she takes a lot of care in her work. Dr. Wong was so friendly and down to earth. They never once made me feel badly about how long I had waited to get a cleaning. I have already recommended these guys to people I know. Every member of staff has been top notch. If you are looking for a new dental team, look no farther!!

Bow Trail Dental was referred to me by a trusted friend. My first experience with Dr. Wong was excellent. His staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and efficient. Dr. Wong's demeanor quickly puts a patient at ease. He is knowledgeable, professional, and caring. He takes the time to know his patients as individuals. Dr. Wong ensures a patient's needs and concerns are addressed to their satisfaction. I highly recommend Bow Trail Dental Centre. You won't be disappointed.

The staff at Bow Trail Dental are absolutely amazing! Thank you for always providing me with the best service. Melba Seto thank you for always being gentle, caring and just a pleasure to be around - you always do such a great job! Dr. Wong you are outstanding! You listen and always offer the best advice and your work speaks for itself! I applaud you and your team!

OK, THIS DENTIST IS THE BEST!! THE STAFF ARE GREAT PEOPLE WITH AMAZING PERSONALITY'S AND ARE VERY HELPFUL. MY TEETH WERE NOT IN THE GREATEST CONDITION WHEN I GOT THERE BUT I NEVER ONCE FELT JUDGED OR FELT WEIRD VIBES FROM ANYONE THERE AT ANYTIME FROM ANY VISIT. UNLIKE OTHER DENTISTS I'VE BEEN TO... DR. WONG IS A GREAT DENTIST!!! HES VERY GENTLE WHEN HES WORKING ON YOUR TEETH. I'VE HAD A LOT OF WORK DONE TO MY TEETH PRIOR IN MY LIFE, ALSO BEEN TO MANY DENTIST'S AND BY FAR DR.WONG IS THE BEST. HE'S A PEOPLE PERSON WITH A FRIENDLY PERSONALITY. I FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE THERE AS WEIRD AS THAT SOUNDS BEING AT A DENTIST BUT THAT'S HOW GREAT THIS PLACE IS HONESTLY. I'M VERY HAPPY MY TEETH ARE HEALTHY AGAIN AND LOOK GREAT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ''BOW TRAIL DENTAL CENTRE'' THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF FOR BEING HONESTLY GOOD HEARTED PEOPLE AND CREATING A SUCH A HAPPY, COMFORTABLE AND ENJOYABLE ATMOSPHERE.
