As usual, professional service and attention to detail. The person who cleaned my teeth - 'Daisy', did a great job at making me feel comfortable and at ease. I will continue to come back for many years, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend South Trail to friends and family.

Long waits at the Dentist Clinic. Customer service requires improvement.
Advice to Clinic: Good customer service doesn't end when the product is delivered.

Great care and conscientiousness!  Dr. Kenny Lim always takes care of his patients and informs them of their options as best suited for the patient. I've known Dr. Lim for more than a decade and I've always been happy with his service and skill.  He fixed a problem that a previous dentist could not, and he continues to deliver every visit.  Always an enjoyable and informative visit.  Thanks Kenny!

my wife and I have been patients of Dr. Kenny Lim for close to 20 years and the care and services accorded to us have always been exemplary.  Dr.  Kenny Lim has one of the gentlest touch in dentistry.  we would recommend anyone to use their services.
