We had a terrible experience here. The staff were incredibly rude and refused to accommodate my friend and her disability. They yelled at her when she didn’t know what dress she wanted - we will be taking our business elsewhere.

WORST service I have ever experienced. Both women working we’re not helpful at all. They were SOOOO rude and they were yelling at my mother in law because she didn’t know what style she wanted. Also my mother in law is handicap and asked for a chair they had several and the said they don’t have one for her???!!! Horrible horrible service. Don’t waste your time. I wish I could give zero stars.

i went there with a friend last week to try and find both of us a nice dress for special occasions, we wanted to buy something nice for ourselves. we get inside and no one's there to talk to us as we walk in so we start to look around and we both found a beautiful dress in under 5minutes. after that a fairly small lady comes from the back and start to ask my friend what she likes and eventually i ask her if i could try the dress that i saw, she says no and when i asked why she proceeded to keep talking to my friend like i wasn't even in the room obviously my friend saw that as well and we just knew so i interrupted the lady and asked why i couldn't try on the dress and she said to me without hesitation that they didn't carry my size, they do, the size of the dress i saw was indeed my size. then she went on again and again to try and sell my friend a dress she didn't like even tho she said multiple times that she didn't like it. just for info, im a size m/l, my friend is an xs/s. nonetheless, we left while she was still talking. this women shouldn't work with people.

My mother went there with my fiance and had a terrible experience! As a business owner myself customer service is very important and this store has no concept of it. The lady was very angry and not patient at all. People don’t go into a store knowing the dress they want with a product code in hand. Not recommending this place. Salon de l’impatience!

TERRIBLE service! My wife went to buy my daughter’s prom dress and she was badly treated by two very impolite and arrogant ladies in this store. Some people simply shouldn’t work with public! My sincere advice: Don’t waste your money and time making business with these people, they do not deserve it! There are better options around!

The first visit went well, but when it came to alterations to the dress. It was the worst service possible. The lady questioned me about when I told her the zipper in the back was showing and that it needed to be hidden. She didn't want to fix it and forced me to take the dress when it still needed fixing. I won't ever recommend this place to anyone.

My Absolute favourite store out there. The dresses are very cute, i even lost count of how many i tried, the sizes are a perfect fit for everyone and an amazing customer service. I hate shopping but these ladies make it very fun you even forget what time it is i seriously spend almost an hour everytime i go and i just can’t help it. So if you’re looking for a place to get a nice dress, LoOk No MoRe.

Amazing staff...got my prom dress and its beautiful and I got little touches for a good price! I consider this store to everyone!

Great experience, awesome service , great collection of dresses, the place to go to for any occasion they got it all!

Came here with my gf and I habe to admit if you know someone that is looking for a fancy dress these ladies are great to work with.
