I had a wonderful service at la boutique du Cordonnier with specialized employees that know what they're selling and a large majority of their products come from Canada or even Quebec I really couldn't recommend a better place
I had an amazing experience ordering online. It is possible to leave a note, which I did to explain my footwear needs for work. I was amazed that they contacted me so they could meet my needs exactly. This place went above and beyond to fulfill my order to perfection!! I am blown away! Excellent service! Thank you so much!

This store is beyond amazing.....and I've never even stepped foot in it!! I discovered them while doing an online search and am so thrilled that I found them. I was looking for Mephisto sandals, and not only did they have the styles I wanted, but the prices were amazing. I've since gone back repeatedly and so far, have ordered 4 pairs, all which came within a day or two of ordering. And the customer service by both owners was fabulous. Both Dali and Zino are so helpful and you can tell they love what they do. This is a real gem of a store. The only downfall is that it's not closer to where I live!
This was my first time shopping with Boutique du Cordonnier. I ordered a pair of Birkenstock sandals online, and they arrived the very next day, with a nice little hand-written note on the packaging as well. The sandals are absolutely fantastic, and the quality of service from Boutique du Cordonnier was even more fantastic still. I will very much shop here again in the future, and I highly, highly recommend shopping here if you're looking for some new footwear. Excellent service, friendly staff, and top quality shoes. We will shop here again! ...and we did, just as we have every time we need shoes now. Wide sizes, large sizes, specialty shoes, they have it all. Highly recommend!!
Excellent service and ordering process Ontario resident. I phoned in to inquire about about a particular safety boot that was on sale. I had never heard of this store because I live in Ontario. The gentleman was super helpful, and informed me that if I ordered within the next hour or two, the boots would be shipped the same day via Canada post. He even removed the boots in my size from the sales floor. It has been a couple of days and just received the boots. Everything was really quick and painless, and at a great price. I just wanted to compliment the service and fast shipping. Thank you kindly!
Great customer service! My husband, as a front line worker, needed special shoes from there and the owner dropped the shoes to my home the same day to avoid any delays. We really appreciated this king gesture.
