Bourbon St & Grill Bramalea Inc

I ordered a small combo. I chose the Vermicelli noodles with bourbon noodles. She put very little chicken so I asked her to add a little more chicken. This rip off place charged me $3.50 more to add maybe be 5 small bite size chicken, no where does it say $3.50 more for extra chicken, mind you tho it wasn’t extra chicken. This place sucks and I do not recommend.

Of all the restaurants at the food court, this place has by far the longest lineup all the time. That tells you something. Great food, great service! I'm a happy customer.

I asked for a bourbon ceaser. Asked them to prefix it in the bowl with everything. She only mixed the salad dressing and lettuce. When I asked her again to mix it with everything in the bowl she answered me by saying it won't taste good. I told her to just do it. When it came to the meat I told the next girl I wanted extra bourbon meat and sauce. I never got the extra meat and had to ask twice for the sauce. I told them it was for here she then placed it in a bag. And gave me my total. I then told her I want a drink she kissed her teeth and rang it in. When I asked for head office number she refused to give it to me. And then she tried to keep my change from a 20 for my 10.35 order. Need less to say I will never be returning

I will never spend my hard earned coins with this establishment ever again. I found one employee was rude and insulting. I refuse to argue with this individual and took my business else where. Message to the owners, remind your staff to not disrespect the costumer. The costumer is the most important factor to a business. Today an employee who was taking the orders was short with me and stopped listening to my request mid sentence and began serving another guest. I asked for the combo with 1 meat and 2 veggies, I asked for two servings of the mango salad. She said this cannot be done; being very short and with an attitude. She said it's $3 extra if I wanted more. I was all already to pay the extra cost and everyting, I said ok I'll.... She begins talking to somebody else. I was done. took my business elsewhere.

I used to like this place and go here a lot but lately the food has been getting worse and worse with smaller portions. My last experience there I realized that the rice felt like plastic and the food tasted old. I got stomach pain from the food so I decided to tell the manager about it and she was very rude.
