We had our son’s birthday party there today and we loved it. Great space, great for all ages of kids, and lots of seating. Would definitely come back again to play and would book a party here again! Thank you!

Great place for childrens party. I have used the place for a few times already and I have always loved it. Having or attending parties here is alwY great. The playing are great and very entertaining fornthe kids. There are 2 side on the are but I have always love the side with the trampoline. Great place highly recommended.

My parents and I held a birthday party for my nephew at Bounce N Play on New Year's day and had a really great and satisfying experience. The staff were very helpful and the service was amazing from the start of our planning to the very end. We did not have any issues and our guests enjoyed a lot and left the place happy. The playground is so spacious and has plenty of things to keep the kids engaged and have fun. A special think you to the owners and their staff Zara who were all so genuinely kind and made sure we were satisfied with our event. We will definitely recommend this place to our family and friends and recommend to anyone looking for an indoor playground for their young ones :

Private party= no headache 2 year old birthday success! We had our son’s birthday there and it was so great to have a private place- the other moms wanted to switch their birthday venue to ours!! Pros: Huge room for party Private play area Friendly hosts there could be an extra person working though Fun activities for all ages They write the child’s name on the chalkboard- nice touch! Cons: Music wasn’t working and staff didn’t know how to use it Fridge was dirty and off 1 pizza for a 15 child package is not enough we ordered an extra and finished it Despite the cons, it still gets full stars in our books- was an excellent day! Such a good find!

Had a birthday party for 4 hours on Feb 15 for my sons birthday - Play Room. Had a great time. Both staff members were amazing and lovely ladies. They answered all questions and were super friendly. I forget their names. So sorry! I didn’t get a chance to meet the owners as they weren’t there, but were super friendly in email exchanges. In all, these guys definitely deserve 5 stars and I would certainly have another party here any day!

Great place to have a birthday party! I just had my son's first bday party here and we had a great experience. It was reasonably priced in comparison to other play centres and they had some great party packages to choose from. We also had kids ranging from 9 months to 12 years old and everyone had a great time. I also appreciated that we were able to bring in our own food. So we had pizza for the kids which was included in our party package and we brought in food for the adults. Finally I liked that the party room and play centre was private, so the kids were able to run around and enjoy the playroom, it didn't feel crowded. I would definitely recommend it for a party for any age!

First, a couple of months ago, we were invited to a party and our children 5 and 7 had a blast. So much so, that our son insisted he wanted to have his birthday party at Bounce N Play. So recently we hosted our own party there. Overall, the experience was great - and we will be back for indoor play and the next birthday party. The fact that the party room is private is amazing. Most other playgrounds have shared play areas, which then can be a bit of a challenge if I want to find my kids. The playground has seen some changes over the last couple of months and we understand that some more new toys will be brought in. That is great - I am sure my little ones will like it. The staff was great we did not meet the rude person mentioned in a different review - maybe she is gone? - they were helpful to ensure a smooth party experience.

Clean facility, friendly staff! I have spent today a couple of hours with my children at Bounce N Play. This was our first time - and after reading some reviews I was not totally sure what to expect. Well: the facility was perfectly clean seating area, washrooms etc., the toys while not new worked very well for the kids they had a blast! and the person at the reception was professional. This is a great place - I will talk to my wife to see if we should have host our next birthday party here. Highly recommended!

Hosted 2 Birthday parties here and have attended many more. Kids love it. Lots for them to play with and enjoy. Great service. Great prices. A little floor wiping would be nice during winter season as guest socks were wet from snowy boots entering the party room. Broken toys should be replace and some items need to be updated.

We've had our daughter's birthday parties here for the past 3 years as the play areas are completely private for a birthday party! No having to share with other parties. Plus the great thing is that the party room is huge compared to many others in the same industry and has a great view of the play room. Staff are helpful in the big day, but let's face it, the parents end up taking control. Will most likely go back again next year!
