For WALK-INS we only offer an of 8-10 flavours daily of our regular-sized cupcakes supply may vary throughout the day depending on how busy it is. We are a 100% NUT-FREE bakery. We make made-to-order custom cakes, custom cupcakes, mini cheesecakes, cookies, and custom sugar cookies as well. Everything is made and baked on-site. At this location there is no alcohol, no gelatin, and no sesame in all our products.We also offer gluten-smart and vegetarian/eggless cakes & cupcakes all made to order. We also make vegan cupcakes which are made to order as well.We would love to make every milestone in your life that much sweeter. :"

We have ordered a few cakes from here for special occasions and they never disappoint. Their customer service is outstanding & professional and they go above and beyond to meet their customers needs to ensure they are happy. Their talent to create such beautiful cakes surpasses any others and at reasonable prices too, not to mention how delicious and moist their cakes are too...Thank you Swirls for always coming through on every occasion for us, your cakes always get rave reviews from everyone we have shared them with!!!
I have tried multiple cakes and cupcakes from this store and they were always delicious! Not too sweet and a good texture as well. Their designs are always clean and wonderful. I was recently given some eggless vegan vanilla cupcakes but they were quite dry unfortunately.
We ordered both my parents 60th birthday cakes from here this year. The Lemon coconut and the new Cafe Latte are delicious. Not only are they beautiful but the taste even better! Everyone at both parties including my parents, raved about how delicious it is. The taste is not over sweet, the perfect buttercream and the customer service is outstanding. I'll be ordering from here for all our parties... Not to mention it's so convenient to have a specialty cake bakery in Streetsville.
The cakes are designed perfectly and tastes super delicious and I have been ordering from them for almost all the events. Definitely recommended place.
I picked up my friends beautiful 40th birthday cake. It was nicely decorated and the flavors were amazing. The icing was the perfect amount of sweetness and very subtle. All the guest were amazed. I also picked up cupcakes for my kids very yummy and all you have to do is keep it at room temperature and enjoy. Thanks Swirls I will definitely make future orders.
A work colleague had brought an assortment of cupcakes from Swirls. Our company is new to the north Mississauga area and tried them out. The cupcakes were a definitely hit. I personally tried the Oreo and red velvet and was very impressed. They were not overly sweet and just perfect after a meal.
I ordered a birthday cake and the baker didn't look interested in helping me at all. Whether I ordered from her or not didn't make a difference. She did not suggest anything and didn't even offer to give me a bag when I picked up my order. Be prepared to pay 5$ for a very average cupcake.
They misspelled my daughters name on her cupcake set even after I spelled it for them clearly over the phone. Her name is Emma, they wrote “ Happy 13th Birthday Amma” I called them hoping they could deliver another nameplate since I was just 10 min away as I couldn’t leave my guests at my house. They refused because “none of the staff lived that way” and said I could either pick it up or receive a partial refund of $1.75 !!! The person I spoke with, Alex, said she had spoken to the owners and nothing more could be done. Sorry Swirls, getting the name right on a birthday cake is important. And fixing your mistake is even more important. Horrible customer service. Just lost a longtime customer. UPDATE: I read your response. My daughter’s name was not read back to me at time of ordering nor was it verified to me upon pick up as per your procedures. As a host, leaving my guests in the middle of a party is unacceptable, not to mention the fact that I am a single mother and leaving kids in my house was not possible. If you were staying later because of the mistake you made you could have easily delivered it seeing as I lived 10 minutes away. You definitely need to reevaluate your procedures and customer service. Misspelling the name of a birthday cake is a HUGE mistake. And offering me a partial refund of $1.75 was insulting to say the least.
First experience with Swirls, I ordered a regular cake for my husband's birthday and it was just delicious. Thank you very much for your service and see you soon
I was looking to buy some special cupcakes for my granddaughter's birthday. Someone suggested I try Swirls. I checked the website and was impressed by the variety of designs. However, the website suggested ordering 2-days prior to pick up. I called the store and was graciously told that I could have my order the next day. I requested the Rainbows and Unicorns cupcakes. My granddaughter was thrilled!
