Boulangerie Première Moisson

I’ve always wanted to come to this bakery and I am so glad that I did! It was hard choosing what I wanted because they had a lot of options and everything looked so good. It took a lot of self control and eventually I was able to choose 4 things from the menu. Everything I ordered was super tasty and had just the right level of sweetness. The interior of the bakery was also very clean and modern which I also liked. I can’t wait to come back here next time I’m in Gatineau.

Great bakery and cafe- wished we had something similar like this in the GTA! Staff are very friendly and helpful even during the busiest of times. Had a most delicious carrot soup and croque monsieur at lunch, and we are trying many of the bakery items over the next few days that we’re here. Planning on bringing home some of the frozen goods too! Will come back to Gatineau just for this place!

It’s a great place to enjoy breakfast and sweets. Bread is always fresh. I also liked their coffee . Price are very reasonable. I recommend it

Absolutely love this place! We always get their croissants. They are so delicious warmed up with some jam! We also love their cheesecake and recently fell in love with their strawberry shortcake! The crème brulée is also a solid option and you can return the ramekin to get back 90 cents. Definitely one of our go to spots in Gatineau!

Worth the drive… Every other month, we make the trek to Premiere Moisson in Gatineau for their croissants! We specifically get their almond croissants, but we also enjoy their regular ones and the chocolate filled ones. Usually we buy a dozen almond croissants, and a few if whatever looks delicious. It’s a difficult selection because they all look good. Their fruit danishes are also very good. Apricot danishes are our favourite. We also tried their sandwiches, which’s are freshly made. The bread is wonderful. We always have a great time eating there. The staff is always friendly and patient as we take forever putting in our order.

I bought the Royal cake 2 weeks ago and ended up in the freezer personal reason. We had it last Friday and the cake was delicious..better than I imagined . It was light & not too sweet! I was surprised that the feuilletine inside was still crispy! I also tried their almond croissant Highly recommend I'll definitely return and try other pastries!

This review is not about the wonderful bread and pastries even though I find the quality of chocolate croissants has decreased - less butter maybe and lower quality chocolate they make or the very friendly and professional staff. I bought peach maple jam which I love and buy regularly but the batch I received was peach ginger labelled peach maple. I sent an email to customer service but they never bothered replying. I through away the jam. Mistakes like that shouldn’t happen in the food industry, what if I had an allergy? A reply would have been nice.

Excellent bakery’s, good for morning coffee, quality of sweets is very good , I can say the best I tried till now between Ottawa Gatineau, prices are little bit high , tried lemon tarte it was perfect

Love their pastries I wanna try em all! Everything isn’t crazy sweet which impresses me. Very spacious and the store is preparing for Christmas everything is beautiful! The staffs are nice too!

Loved their chocolate covered croissants its super filling but might give you a sugar rush. Coffee is decent and their palm hearts are light and delicious.
