One of the if not the best boulangerie in Gatineau/Quebec. The pastries and tarts are immaculate and what makes it taste even sweeter the pastries are not too sweet which is amazing is the staff. The aunty gave great recommendations and we scrafed it all down within 5 mins.
So glad I stumbled upon this gem of a bakery! They sell lots of items actually, including sandwiches, other lunch items, deli, candy, drinks, etc. They also have pastries. But the bread is the real deal here. I got the Fougasse aux olives and the Parisien fleur de sel & huile d'olive and they are some of the best breads I've had, even compared to Paris! The bread is crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside, flavourful and so fragrant! Can't wait to return! Family-owned. There are 2 small tables to eat outside. There is free parking
Fantastic bakery!!! We had the pizza, pear tart and a chocolate tart. Each of them was amazing. Truly a quality bakery!!! We will be back!
So yummy!! All freshly made bakery items. Friendly staff! Breakfast fougasse is amazing. The chocolate torsade so yummy. The cinnamon roulé oh so good
It's by far the best boulangerie in Ottawa-Gatineau region. The chef is French and I only ate a croissant like this in France.
