Fantastic! Wanted to visit a proper pâtisserie while in Quebec and this was an amazing find. They were very enthusiastic showcasing the many fresh options, showing real passion. We left with much more variety than anticipated, and everything exceeded expectations. Highly recommend their Chocolatine Pain au Chocolat, Lobster Tail, and Cookies.

Lovely place clean great service compared to other places price rate is fair and affordable pastry bread pizza cold cuts the real Italian Teese just don’t walk in when you’re on a empty stomach you may spend a little more than expected. No pictures this time around next time I’ll put some. Pictures always look great it’s the taste that counts so take it from me it’s good.

Friendly staff. Great different Pizzas and great prices all-round. Thankfully I don't live far.

Some of the girls there really have no clue how to cut cold cuts, instead of getting slices they gave me shredded cold cuts. They are more worried about having conversations about their life in front of clients than serving clients. Very good bakery but some of the girls that work there are very unprofessional.

The food is really good. The service, not. Maybe send an italian friend and they'll have better luck at getting good service, I'm not sure. I went there to order for someone and when they didn't have what he wanted I called him to ask what else he would want. One lady started yelling at me accusing me of not talking loud enough through my mask on purpose and being disrespectful because I'm using my phone. Like I was having a conversation about the weather....they were impatient when I was trying to figure out what to get and the lady wouldn't stop telling how bad of a person I was. If the order was for me, I guarantee I would have walked out the door. Do better.

Racist establishment. We've ordered cakes here through the phone so never had to deal with walk in services. I even had a wedding cake made here 10 years ago. We were so excited to try other things that this place had to offer, grab a few sandwiches, a few mixed boxes of pastries & bread. We waited patiently for the older lady to asisst a gentleman that walked in before us. There was a young girl who was keeping busy behind the cash desk so we figured she wasnt assisting anyone at the time. She made eye contact a few time but didnt offer to assist us. A white gentleman walked in and the young girl immediately approached the man to assist him. At this point we had been waiting for 10 minutes without anyone approaching us for assistance although there were several people walking out of the kitchen and making eye contact with us. The young girl was well aware we were waiting yet asisted someone who came in AFTER US. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, we continued to wait. The older lady finally finished with the first customer and yet AGAIN goes to assist ANOTHER white man who had just walked in!! Apparently if you're white or Italian you dont have to wait even a minute for service but if you're of any other race, expect to get neglected and treated as if you're not even there. We ended up walking out and taking our business to a different family owned establishment who values each customer that walks through their door. Its unfortunate because we live so close & we were so excited to finally try other things that they had to offer. My family & I will never order our cakes nor anything else here again.
