Great place for coffee, pastry or sandwich! They are on the RC level of the hospital. Quick and efficient service. Price is what to expect from a bakery/coffee shop. You can see them making everything, so it looks and tastes fresh.

While a couple of the staff make good hot beverages. There are some very sour employees who rather not be disturbed by your business. It's almost impossible to understand who someone can be so annoyed when it is their job to prepare coffee.

Worst customer service, it’s actually shocking. Customer is never right, if you ask a question they’re rude. Go to the RC level - much better than S1.

Customer service is something to improve argued with the Barista that the soy milk he put in my coffee was bad it split all chunky! continue to tell me that it was fine. Will be going to Comptoir Veritas on the ground floor from now on.

A bit pricey, but provide alternatives to the hospital cafeteria food. Always busy in the morning and during lunch hour.

Why are you advertising that you’re back to the 24/7 schedule when you aren’t? Update the schedule to set proper expectations!

Waiting 20 mins for someone to come to the counter, not always friendly, but some of them make an effort more than others

Avoid the one on S1. Service is very bad and they are rude. The one on RC have a friendlier and more efficient service.

They have very unique yogurt parphe. Try it. I buy two every day.
