In July we rented a suite for my daughters birthday sleepover. I did not read the reviews just thought ordering room service would be fun for the girls. We waited over and hour for 4 meals. When the food arrived $120 later it was awful! The burgers were the no name cardboard flavored as beef and everything was inedible. We went down for breakfast in the morning and all of the girls would not eat anything, can't say I blame them and there wasn't much to choose from anyway.

This restaurant has changed names and is now advertising as Food Factory. They couldn’t have picked a more accurate name. In 36 years of life, I have not had a worse meal, and keep in mind that I was a waitress for many years so my forgiveness for little errors here or there is pretty high. The place is empty, dead, and dirty. Our drinks arrived about 20 minutes after we ordered them, and we were the only people in the restaurant. The last time I sent something back was probably in like 2002, but the coffee tasted like it was strained through a gym bag, and the pop my kids ordered had no fizz. Just syrup and water. The food prices are insane. $21.00 for sandwiches and everything we ordered was dry, reheated, and flavourless . My son ordered a grilled cheese and refused to eat it. I scolded him him, telling him it was impossible to mess up grilled cheese. I tasted it and it tasted like melted plastic. Absolutely would never eat here again.

It was several months ago but the dishes at the lunch buffet were not fresh and all drying up. Service was acceptable but not great. This hotel used to have the best breakfast buffet but that was many years and many owners ago, sadly.

Sat down...nobody was in the restaurant. Should have been a sign. A solid 5 minutes before we gave a drink order. Apparently water and ice tea is fairly exotic because it was 12 minutes to scare that up. I was now afraid. Asked what the soup of the day was and apparently it was a misprint in the menu. NO SOUP FOR YOU!!! Asked for the bill because I didn't have the rest of the day for them kill and process the cow to make me a burger. Another 10 minutes to get change. Don't waste your time...it has earned every bad review.

We went for the brunch buffet and the quality of food was terrible. Asked for a slice of meat and it was paperthin, extremely salty, and dried out. Most of the food displayed was stale and old. The customer service was terrible being they don't have very much staff. I won't be returning back.

Won't return here. Soup was cold and made of flour not broth. Everything was terrible we sent it all back. The manager came over with 10%off your next purchase coupon. It was all I could do not to throw it at her. So I paid for food I couldn't eat and swore I'd never return.

The food was delicious! I ordered room service 3 night in a row and have zero complaints about the meals. Looking forward to my meals for the rest of the week.

I ordered the chicken pot pie. It was one that you could get from Walmart for a dollar with a side of mooshy frozen vegetables and undercooked potato wedges

Terrible food - cold, couldn't cut the English muffin under the eggs benny, sausage and bacon soaked in grease - terrible service and extremely over priced for terrible quality of food - never going back!

Lunch buffet was no good. Don't go here. Everything about it was bad
