Boston Pizza

The food is always perfect when we come in for lunch! The beer is always nice and cold! The service is excellent! Just an awesome place over all. Highly recommended!

My favourite Boston pizza to visit. Customer service is always amazing. They are quick to greet you and seat you. They offer customizations to menu items so you can add or remove toppings or sauces as you please (which is great for picky eaters like me or kids). Always have sports running on the numerous TVs if that's your thing. Drink prices are reasonable. Daily drink specials are always good. Service staff know the menu well and can offer suggestions or deals. Great atmosphere. Has a bar like setting on one half and family dining setting on the other so it serves everyone's needs. Great place to go!

Appalling.... bartenders and servers were constantly on their cell phones and socializing while patrons sat waiting for service. (Michelle was the only bartender who was professional and doing everybody else's job.) Ordered my meal which took 50 minutes on a slow Wednesday, and it was severely undercooked and very greasy. I used to think this was one of the best Boston Pizzas, clearly it's a party pit for the employees on behalf of the patrons. No manager came to see me after sending my inedible food back, needless to say, I won't be back either!

If it wasn't for the staff this restaurant would have a zero rating. $16.49 for a limp, appetizer size salad. Over cooked chicken and the items with the salad were at minimum size. Chicken Pecan Salad was once a full delicious meal and was $14.99 now it's more and the portion is literally half the size. Down sizing is one thing however this is a great disappointment. This was the salad 6 months ago! :(
