Boston Pizza

They are still working through their issues. We had some issues on our first visit and spoke to the manager; the issues were not repeated. I will point out that the bar area is a bit snug, and could stand to lose a few tables. Edit: They also don't have cider on tap, just some junk called "Somersby". Edit 2: Visited again over the Christmas break and it was fairly quiet. Service was good and food was timely. A bit of a temperature issue between the main and the side- it was as if the cactus cuts sat for a bit.

Food was served very fast which was great cause I was very hungry! Waiter kept checking on us regularly and was very nice and friendly. The starter I had was delicious the spinach dip, the spicy perogy pizza was only so so compared to the dip. The dessert was fantastic even though I couldn't finish it all one of the best brownies I've ever tasted!

If they have made a frozen pizza from Independent Grocer in the same plaza, it would likely taste better. This was my first negative Boston Pizza experience, and by far! Beer smelled and tasted of the chlorine that was likely used to wash the glass prior. The pizza seemed to be of a frozen variety with very stale veggies sprinkled over. Wings, all though supposedly deep fried, tasted microwaved, with generic sauce sprinkled on them. I wish I listened to the previous reviews and still had the $70 buck in my pocket, but live and learn I guess.

This restaurant is completely disorganized. Extremely poor service. Took 30 minutes to be welcomed by our server. Another 25 min to receive our order. Receive our app 35 min after our water then the food came another 30 minutes later. Took 2 minutes for our bill tho. 2 hours ! RIDICULOUS! I know all the staff is new however buy being well managed does make huge difference. Better off going to Rockland.

We've ordered the new Memphis burger platter and the big dipper platter and both came with barely any fries. Both plates looked so bare. Even the kid desert was far from looking like the menu. Very cheap on sizes for burger platters for the price. Last time we're going there. Told the waitress the plate seemed skimpy she agreed and left it at that said sorry but never went to fix it.
