Boston Pizza

We come here fairly often- both the service and food are always good at this location. We always split a half/half pizza and try whatever new featured drink is on the menu. The honey dill dip is the best Would recommend to anyone in the Brockville area.

I've had good food at Boston Pizza many times but not this time. We decided to go out to supper before a movie and arrived at around 5:15 on a Friday evening. The place had people in it but it was nowhere near what I'd call busy.nIt took about 45 minutes to get food and at that point, one meal was fresh with the other two barely above room temperature. I make a point of being realistic in reviewing items so I don't want to use the term shoe leather in describing the steak slices in the big dipper but it was very, very hard to chew through. The layer of coagulated muck we pulled off the gravy from the wing plate was revoltingly comparable to a plumb.nThe table beside us sent back two dishes and it looked like other tables were returning items as well. I sincerely hope it was just a bad night but at a homogeneous franchise restaurant, this should never have happened.nBut hey, at least we got a 15% discount for the 66.6% of our food being in an unservable condition so there's that.nService was good and the server was apologetic, accommodating and threw us three sympathy cookies as we darted off to catch the movie. Props to her for making the best of a bad situation.

The vegetable pizza was very tasty. They have different toppings. There dessert options were really good too. The server was very generous. She offered cookies and crackers for the baby. Fully recommended. Would love to visit again.

Wednesday evening with my grandchildren. Wait time between starter and rest of meal 45 mins. All food was inferior quality. Fried items were over cooked and tough. Other items like fries were lukewarm. My wife was served a piece of celery with what appeared to be rot on one end. My chicken wings and salad were the worst I have had in a long time. Really poor attention to quality and the basics of restaurant cookery. On my never go back list

The mild wings were rolled in Buffalo ranch on one plate.nThe server checked in once and never asked one member of the party if she wanted a refill.nA man who was bussing the table beside us, grabbed my plate before I was finished eating.nNo water came to the table.nThe food is not as pictured on the menu.nThe food came to the table as if it was waiting for the past 20 minutes. Nothing was hot.nAll this review was typed as we were waiting to leave and having asked for the machine. 15 minutes later they show up with the debit machine
