The server is friendly and food is great. You just can’t beat the price with Pasta Tuesdays offering.
Customers service is definitely 5 stars. We go to BP often and also order delivery. Last night we ordered delivery and there were some issues with our meal. They attended to it quickly and provided us with a voucher to use at another time. When I spoke with Nathan the manager today and informed him of the allergy concerns that came up yesterday. He was very polite, friendly, and took accountability for looking into things further. As a customer, I greatly appreciate their service and follow up.nFood is as you would expect from a chain restaurant. Food arrived hot and both kids were very very pleased with their pizza. Unfortunately they missed an allergy which resulted in some issues. But again they dealt with the situation with professionalism and accountability.
I visited on a beautiful Friday evening. I sat on the patio and waited. And waited. And waited. Four servers came out, walked past, collected glasses and went back inside. One server delivered shots to a table and sat with them. I sat there for 11 minutes then left. Took my money to Joey on Kenaston where they are WAY more attentive.
We ordered through skip the dishes. Husband never got his pizza but got cheesecake instead. Mashed potatoes were warm at best not hot. Cheese toast was so dry and barely had any cheese on it that it wasn't edible. You guys can do way better especially for what it costs. Also I would work extra hard especially because sorrentos is competition for you and it's right across the parking lot. It's way better, way better value and consistent. Perhaps you should follow their lead.
Pretty decent for a BP. Haven't been to this location much. Seems it would be loud on a busy day. So open. Did not visit the bar. Looks pretty good too. Food is good but pricey. You do know what you are getting here so that's a bonus.
