The food was good but it ended there. To start with, the dining area and kitchen floors observable areas from dining room were littered with garbage. Once seated the server barely came by our table despite the restaurant not being very busy. Once the meal was done, she cleared half the dishes and after dropping garbage onto the floor, just left and only returned with the bill. This is my second time at this location and each time was the same.

Nice choice of family or bar atmosphere options - outdoor seating available during the warmer months will be nice when I have time to enjoy it. Always seems to be a busy spot so be prepared for a short wait if you're dropping by closer to the usual lunch or supper times. Friendly staff. Order was ready quickly and salad was perfect - romaine was crunchy and perfectly coated in dressing. Parmesan was freshly grated - a surprise treat! Generous load of chicken was added - excellent flavor. The slice of chocolate cake I had was more than enough to satisfy my craving and left me feeling stuffed. I will have to make time to eat there more often. Kid-friendliness: There is a large seating area for families and kid friendly menu items. Parking: The parking lot is a huge shared lot that accommodates several other businesses. It is easily accessible from an entrance directly beside the restaurant and if you miss that one then you can use the intersection.

Believe like all industries the restaurant was short staffed. My server Elena ?was very attentive to our needs. It took about 40 minutes for the food to arrive and part of it was soggy and cold. Elena had it replaced and then took away the cold food. The "Kickin Memphis Chicken Sandwiches" was delicious.Food: 4/5

Always a Fantastic experience at the Truro Boston Pizza. The food is always perfect and Heather is our favorite Hostess. So friendly and welcoming. We keep coming back and are never disappointed!!!

Picked up 2 M pizzas one was 50% off and a M Garlic fingers and it came to $78 which is very high considering the food was not what I expected at all. Service was polite and food was on time but cold. While I waited I had a draught Budweiser that cost 9.19 before the tip they impose on you. Pricy place for average food

The food was fine. There was 8 of us for a birthday dinner …The experience was not great. We went for my daughters birthday dinner …. First the birthday girls dinner came out dead last and not just scoot back to the kitchen dead last but it’s been a few minutes did they forgot her food last… The best part of a birthday dinner with your kid is how humiliated they are when they get Happy Birthday sang to them … I had mentioned how excited I was for them to embarrass my child to two people who work there and our waitress she had the same birthday. . Someone at the table even asked where’s the birthday thing as she was walk past twice … So clearly this is something I really wanted. When they brought out the deserts I was truly disappointed, no candle, no song not even a here you go birthday girl … I asked when paying my bill why she didn’t get the birthday thing .. They said “ there wasn’t enough people to sing.” They sang to 3 others tables while I was there. It takes one person to sing a song … At the very least she could have put a candle in the desert she ordered and we could have sung to her…. Why would I bring a candle myself this is what they do for birthdays…. The whole thing made me sad. Was it because she was a teen so they didn’t want to bother with it? They did take her desert off my bill. I didn’t care about the $7 dessert . It was about making memories, laughing with friends, doing silly things and being a kid for just a little bit longer. It was my last time there. We will go to NG Boston Pizza from now on. Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free pizza was good. I won’t get it again. But it was ok

Edit**** The manager or someone had reached out next day asking how many of us there were and if they could make it up to us with asking if a credit of $100 gift card or something would work. We said sure we could try it again. Tonight. Drinks were fast. Server was nice and fast. The food still wasn't as good and the portions for stuff is pretty small compare to other places. Got the bill and said there was a gift card or something for us and the server asked the manager about it then came back and asked if $50 was ok. I just said sure at this point. Some people like boston pizza and some don't and that's ok. Just hard to not be a little angry. Showed up at 550. Told 15 minute wait. Ok. Got our drinks about 10 15 minutes after. Waited another 30 minutes for one drink that never came and our waitress never came back. People who showed up after us but beside us got their order in and food arrived. Never did see the waitress. Never really liked BP before but never going back. $26 for drinks though. 50 minute wait overall.

My wife and I stopped here on our way to the Airport. Amazing service and awesome food! I ordered the Big Dipper which is an amazing sandwich which was sooooo yummy! My wife had the half sized Nachos with plant based crumble, 10/10! and a side of mashed potatoes. She loved them! Definitely recommend!

Just letting everyone know, if you plan to host a team party here be prepared to pay an automatic 18% gratuity if your party is over ten people. We were going to have a minor hockey team party there until we were told this news by staff at this site. Have had team parties at other BP sites and never has this been the case.

Our go to place in Truro. Their service is the best especially to Shannon who despite being busy still managed to smile and served us with what we needed when it was our turn to pay the bill.
