We had a wonderful meal. Cactus cuts were the best we've had. We were so full we brought our leftovers home. Staff were run off they're feet, but still provided excellent service with a smile.
Looks like it hasn't changed since the '80s and no lounge.The lasagna,although tasted alright,looks like it's from the grocery store think frozen Weight Watchers or Hamburger Helper.The $18 wings I ordered for Take Out was very dry and the smallest pieces I've ever had.
Food was good but the service needed improvement. The employees were generally nice, but seemed to hide in the back and were rarely seen. We hardly saw our waitress during our hour plus stay, and it took her a while to even introduce herself. We had to flag someone down for a refill on drinks. To get our bill, we had to go up to the front to try find someone, but yet had to wait because there was no one there either!
This place needs some help. They used to have good pizza, but this was pretty pathetic. Place needs some serious updating. Disappointing experience.Food: 3/5
Went in for a bite and to celebrate my birthday; however, was very disappointed that the staff didn't acknowledge my birthday and never even wish me a good one today's staff will benefit from spreading cheers to make patrons feel special that was not my experience today, the waiter also smelled like BO disgusting Food: 4/5
We came in for dinner. Got seated and it took well over 10 minutes for the wait staff to come to check in on us and take our drink order. By that time we were ready to order our food. Appetizer comes out and it's pretty good. Then my meal comes out, next my daughters. No sign of my wife's meal. 10 minutes go by and still no sign of her meal. We ask about it. They say "it's coming". another 10 minutes goes by and still no meal for my wife. At this point in time both my daughter and I are finished. Afte another 5 minutes, and another ask for what's taking so long, her meal comes out . The manager does come to the table, and they take her meal off the bill afte we ASK to have it taken off the bill. We shouldn't have had to ask for that. It wasn't busy, but they did look understaffed. Won't be in a hurry to come back. Your mileage may vary.
Well now, the wife and I have been to plenty of BP's over the years, but I gotta tell ya, we had one of THE best BP meals there a week ago ! Our waitress, I didn't catch her name, was absolutely awesome ! I made a few tweaks to my order and was absolutely blown away that not only was it no problem, but was way better than I expected ! We were seated quickly, served menus and drinks quickly, and our food was on the table in no time ! Long Island ice teas are not on the drink menu, but the 2 I had were awesome! Overall, the team on shift that night was THE best !! Highly recommended !!! Vegetarian options: My wife liked the choices they had, and said her meal was stellar !!!
Was served food…and then the waiter never came back. He avoided our table completely for the entire sitting, until we flagged him down to get our bills. We planned to get more drinks ie spend more money, guys! but did not get the chance as our server was incompetent and content to just chat with his fellow coworkers.
We were super happy to find BP was not busy at 5:30pm. Got a large booth, Lots of room for us with our youngest child in tow. Ordered Jalepeneo Popper dip with potato slices. Slices were too soft to get the dip efficiently. We love Jalepeno poppers but this dip was so spicy we could only have a few bites. We ordered kids chicken strips. A burger. Fettuccine alfredo. The burger I. The menu has two Pattie’s and looks very large so I asked for only one patty. When the burger arrived it had no apparent sauce, mayo or ketchup. It had a slice of cheddar cheese on top that was not melted and still solid and cold. The patty was charred on top and lightly cooked on the bottom. I sent the burger back and was fed up so I didn’t eat anything but shared my sons chicken strips that were ok. Server was very polite, but might have been new. Server didn’t bring condiments , or napkins, my wife had to go get napkins. I thought someone might come and apologize for the burger since it was apparent I was not satisfied because I sent it back without wanting it again. We will not be coming back. Very disappointed. Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly, large booths. Good variety kids menu. Parking: We didn’t have a problem parking…though it wasn’t busy. Doesn’t look like a lot of parking spots.
Such a waste of money they not deserve even one star i order pizza and cauliflower bites pay 52$ food is tasteless and dry.Pizza dough is very hard I don’t recommend anyone come here and waste money
