Our go-to place for a date night without the kids. My absolute favourite dish is the Lamb Osso Bucco. So delicious and best of all, their dishes are reasonably priced. Feature dishes we’ve tried include Kangaroo, spring salmon, duck confit. Love this place!
Great food! Very quiet ambience - which made it just a little awkward because the restaurant is almost silent and you can hear the conversation at other tables. I would have liked if the music were a little louder. We had the oysters and flatbread to start. The oysters were fantastic. For mains: I had the carbonara. Pasta was very well done al dente and the sauce was super tasty. My brother had the smoked duck pasta. I think that has been my favourite dish at Vitta Bella since I started going there a decade ago. The garlic bread was a little underwhelming. Too dry and not buttery and garlicky enough. Portions are close to the perfect size - enough to fill up on and not too much you feel stuffed. The plating was very nice. For dessert we tried the espresso cheesecake - very strong flavour and a little tart or bitter? I don't know what it was but something felt missing. And we had the tiramisu which was quite lovely.
Fantastic food and service. Fair pricing. Everything tasted fresh both times I have gone. Highly suggest reservations as this place fills up fast! Pictured below is one of their specials. I can't remember the name, but I can say that Kangaroo filet with almond date glaze and fresh vegetables is spectacular.
Great service, excellent filet mignon done rare too, lots of veggies if you ask instead of carbs, too kill for home made cheese cake, finished with a nice double expresso - stop here if you can.
Just an appropriate amount on the menu. Absolutely loved the atmosphere and kind servers. Owners were very hospitable. Great serving sizes, and delicious food! Highly recommended the chicken fettuccine Alfredo
2019 Feb 16th 4:30pm So just sat down and so far service is good. Coffee right away. That's important. We Ordered 2, 10oz Steak specials with 2 coffee's So far it's very tasty.. Service staff was nice. Bathrooms need a bit of work. 80.00 all in M n K
Not the best experience. Would have liked to see a little more effort considering we made a reservation for a sweet 16 birthday dinner. Let me start off with saying the food was very good, however I wouldn’t order the escargot again as I found it was a bit skimpy on the cheese and garlic butter. The service on the other hand... well the waitress was doing a fairly good job considering she was the only one waiting tables. There was an espresso beverage order which never came, after about 20mins we inquired and then it came shortly after. I ordered spaghetti bolognese which was suppose to come with garlic focaccia. I inquired and it never came... at the end of the meal I inquired again and got an oh I’m sorry. That is all. Refills on water would have been nice more than once or a jug brought to the table would have been good. Considering the only time we were asked was before the food came and only one person needed a refill. Might I mention 4/6 of us were drinking water with our meal... Also when she refilled the one water cup she did so over the floor behind one of our seats, making it quite slippery... I don’t think I would bring anyone there for a birthday in the future. Not overly impressed. Can’t give more than a three star because the service was just not there.
The food is amazing, and the prices are very reasonable. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and helpful and our whole group enjoyed the meal.
The food was delicious. I had the lamb rack and was very tender. Desert was nice as well.
Excellent food and service! Had mussels for appetizer which I shared with my BF, assorted seafood risotto and Pina colada cheesecake
