Panago Pizza

Pizza was great but the staff that worked March 9th around 430pm is why I’ll keep going back. They where so kind and friendly, asked if everything looked right and if I need help with the door! A manager should be letting them know how wonderful they are doing!

I've been ordering here for years. Panago is my favorite pizza because of the taste and quality of the ingredients. The staff at this location are always friendly and have always gone above and beyond to display good customer service. The few times there were mistakes with my order it was resolved right away and I have always been compensated fairly. I think his name is Mike, I forget but he might be the manager of this location, either way he has always been nothing but amazing to me and my family. I always recommend panago!

Very nice Pizza!!!! Nice clean hygienic pizza place. Their new line of plant based meat pizza line is pretty extensive and lots of choices. They also offer many choices on crust and base sauce. To cover some I have added some pictures with this review. The one I tried was coconut curry base sauce and I found a bit salty but other than that it was very tasty.

I ordered Garlic cheesy bread at 5:22pm over the phone went to store to pick at 5:45pm still not ready the lady in the front told me to wait I went back again at 6pm still not ready and as soon I entered the store I saw a lady wearing white cap working inside saw licking her finger and using the same finger to make pizza gross as soon I saw I cancelled my order took my money back No Hygiene at all highly not recommended.

Was just in there, pizza is yummy, service is good, but the big bad boss woman was belittling an employee infront of everyone, calking her stupid. Verbally abusive.

Ordered a pizza, a salad and 3 dips for delivery. First delivery only brought the pizza so we called and said the salad and dips had not been delivered with our order that were on the receipt. The second delivery brought the salad but still no dips.. how hard is it to check the receipt before you leave the store to ensure you have the entire order?

The quality of the food was good, but I called ahead for pick up and they made the wrong pizza, then insisted it was what I ordered. They exchanged it anyway but I'm pretty sure I'd know that chicken isn't supposed to be on a tropical hawaiian pizza... my thoughts are that they just looked at the wrong recipe‍

We have ordered from the panago in Hope BC and Abbotsford, wonderful every time. This was our first time ordering from this location. We would have been better off if I had gotten frozen pizza from a convenient store. We spent $78 on dry overcooked pizza. I'm not picky on pizza, but this was horrible. I hope this was a one time deal for them and that they do a much better job for other people. Unfortunately when it comes to food that we give to our guests and ourselves, there is no second chance.

Pretty dissapointed, I ordered a large chicken taco pizza yesterday. It was so unbelievably small and had barely any toppings, it definitely looked like a small or medium at most. So expensive, not worth the price at all. We got very little toppings, there was only 1 piece of chicken on the piece I ate. I had ordered one a while back, it must have been from the down town one because it was way better. I would never return or order from them again.
