I love their pizza. For me it the best in town. They don't always get it right. However the customer service is great. They could use more workers I think that will help the business alot. Parking: There is lots of parking.
Nope. Out of 3 people that had the pizza prom here did not eat it. I called and the owner said next time don’t order such greasy pizza. Try penticton pizza not this one. No thank you
The wings were great.. got the cheesy garlic twists which were raw in the middle so we could only eat the outside edges. The stuffed crust on the pizza was quite under done and toppings were wrong. 50/50 if order from here again.. 4 weeks later one more try order again. Just a pizza and this time left out toppings and loaded up on sauce but only on one side?? Highly doubt will ever bother ordering here again...
Ordered and paid for extra toppings. Got the pizza and it had very few toppings. When I called, the owner insisted that he made the pizza himself and that I was wrong. When I tried to explain the problem, he cut me off and again said I was wrong. He said he had been making pizza for years. Well, until I moved to Penticton, we ordered from Papa Johns regularly. In 4 different cities. I know what their pizzas look like. Sure, sometimes people make mistakes but they have always corrected it with no problem. Not this guy. After reading some of his reviews, I don't know how he stays in business.
Kyle went out of his way to help with a very bad Skip The Dishes situation. Was updating me at every step and provided alternatives. I know its just pizza, but good service is so hard to come by these days. Cheers.
I've been here twice now. My wife and I love that 6 cheese pizza. That's not hard to believe, is it? Courteous staff, fairly efficient even though it was a new store and employees still learning, and a great product. Parking can be a little difficult when it's busy at this location, as it shares a parking lot with a number or other retail/restaurants, but not impossible. I've always phoned in my orders, but I see they have a phone app available so that's what I'm going to try for next time.
I ordered 3 pizzas for pick up online tonight, which was 50% off for their special. The total came to 34.95. I then called and changed it to delivery. When the pizzas came the total was over 55$. I called and asked why the cost went up so much and the manager kept telling me the system doesnt recognize when orders are placed online. I asked him to change the order to be 3 pizzas at 50% off plus tax and delivery and I would be happy to pay that. This is what I ordered online and it had calculated the cost He said he cant do that and that he cant do anything about the cost going up. When I got frustrated that someone should have mentioned to me on the phone when I called that the cost would be different I would have said no thank you and if your special is 50% off pizzas I think calculating the cost is a pretty easy fix. Anyways, the manager told me im blocked from ordering from them ever again because I got mad. I will no longer order from them. We got pizza tonight, thanks Dominos
Ordered pizza here last night, was given a price, was asked for our address, was transferred, was asked for our address again, was told we couldn't get delivery because of staff shortage. We were told we could pickup in 25 minutes and we said great, be there in 25 minutes. We get there in 30 minutes and were told that they didn't make our pizza, but if we wanted to wait 25 minutes they'd have our order ready... Well NO PaPa Johns we will not wait or be back!
Ordered for the first time last night. The pizza was way undercooked. The crust was very doughy still. Called and was offered a replacement and was told 15 minutes. Went to pick it up 20 minutes later and was told 15 more minutes. Got it home and the crust was once again undercooked, the sauce was bland and tasteless. Very disappointed. The staff were great though. Friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the product was subpar.
Ordered for a change from our usual place and it was really good pizza! Will definitely order again.
