we went to Boston Pizza for lunch, everything we got came out super hot and was very good! Our waitress Allyson was super nice and would always check in to see how we were doing!!  Vegetarian options: there was a couple vegetarian options!!  Kid-friendliness: good kid menu  Parking: parking all around the building  Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking spot right outfront of the door  Dietary restrictions: Calories posted on menu, offered different varieties of bread items if needed

I absolutely love coming to the Walker Road location. The staff are very welcoming and the general manager always goes above and beyond to greet us at our table and ensures we always have a great experience. For quality and a great time I recommend this location, you won’t be disappointed. The BBQ chicken pizza is awesome and the fish bowls are a must to top off our meal. Their French onion soup is a fantastic starter. Can’t wait to go back, It is definitely a great place to gather. I enjoy it way more than the Kelsey’s across the street. The atmosphere and staff are much more pleasant and the quality of service is much better as well. Good job Boston Pizza

The food & service was great, the takeout situation was awful, had to take home my leftover Parmesan Alfredo Shrimp dish in a box with holes on sides not OK was a mushy mess by the time I got homeFood: 4/5

I pulled a 4/5 inch hair out of my mouth while eating some Mac & Cheese. It was somewhat curly, so don’t know the actual length. I understand hairs happen, so I wasn’t too bothered by it. I brought it to the attention of one of the servers when they came over who then told the management. I didn’t ask to speak to the manager, but she came to speak to us, offered to take it off the bill and prepare something else. I was under the impression that that portion of the meal entree was going to be comped due to the hair, the inconvenience of not being able to enjoy the meal with my family and having to take it home as we had to leave. True, I could have pushed the hair aside and kept eating, but just the thought of the hair possibly containing hair products gel, hairspray, etc and what got me the most was if the hair was oily and just the feeling of pulling it out like it was a reverse piece of spaghetti. While I feel like a “Karen” at the same time if you go to a restaurant and one table spends $100, you expect what you are ingesting to be clean and if it’s not, a “sorry about that” doesn’t seem like the most reasonable response. As my sister pointed out, it is odd that they didn’t comp the replacement meal, but the manger didn’t say she was going to which is true. A misunderstanding on my part, so my bad. I wouldn’t of ordered anything else if I didn’t misunderstand.  This was my first time here and due to this experience I am not likely to return. My sister who I went with goes here often because it’s my nieces favourite place.  The staff were great and attentive all around from the moment we stepped in, so that’s why 2 star review.

My family and I came in for a late dinner. Food was great and good portions too for the price you pay. We had Gavin as our waiter. We said something had been forgotten and it was immediately brought to us. A few of us being workers in the restaurant industry, we could tell how hard he was working and how much he was running around. I hope the business is giving them the recognition they deserve because they are doing a great job! Overall a great experience!

The Boston Pizza on Walker Road, Windsor hosted our U11 and U13 girls hockey teams and their families for dinner this weekend while we were visiting for a hockey tournament. Reservations were made ahead of time for 60 people. Upon our arrival, our seating was organized and our servers happily welcomed us. Thank you Nicki and Chloe for providing exceptional service that was not only attentive but also kind and efficient. Our food was prepared and served in a reasonable amount of time and everyone left extremely satisfied.

So, I got their new shrimp and the portions size was pretty small. Beer was cheap though and the food tasted good.  They make you wait to refill your beer, which means you might be left without any drink for 20 min or more . ... I wasn't driving so this was kind of a dumb rule .  Eehh.. 4 stars is generous. I don't know if I'd go back unless everything else around it was closed.

Walked in as it was getting busy. We were told there could be a small wait at this time. Shortly after being told this the manager, Tommy, walked us to a table and got us water as we waited for the server. Tommy returned not long after to personally serve us to help his staff handle the rush. Not many managers do this and it really shows his leadership. He gave amazing service and had a great personality that really made our night. We would return just to have him again. Well don’t Tommy!

We were in town for a hockey tournament and this location accommodated a group of 55 adults and kids. They were prepared for us and had enough staff to take orders, bring out meals and settle our bills. They were friendly and patient. The food was good, it was a great experience for all the families!
