Want garlic crust? Now THIS is the place to get it from. They do it right. They put that other place to shame that is, for some unknown reason, really popular see my review previous to this one. Como's even over did it with the garlic a little one time. It wasn't even a complaint, really, we just mentioned that it was a little too garlicy on our last order. They were super apologetic about it, perhaps overly so, but still, I appreciate where they're coming from. They're obviously a great small, local business that wants to get it right whenever possible. Who doesn't love that? And even without the garlic crust, they have good pizza. I found the sauce zesty enough for my preference. However, the pizza is not "Windsor style", which is unusual for a local independent shop. That said, I don't care, because it tastes great! It may be a deal breaker for some though, so just putting that out there. And did I mention they are reasonably priced? That's a God send in these times of extra inflationary pressure. There's another place, a local chain, that we used to frequent as well because we live closer to them. That place really jacked up their prices during the Covid pandemic, way before inflation as a whole shot up. In contrast, I believe the prices at Como's have inched up a bit over the years, but the increases have been well within what one might expect to run into year over year. Oh, and I have yet to ever run into anyone that works here ever in a bad mood. That can be refreshing as well. So, even if it means going out of your way we drive halfway across the city just to go here, I recommend patronizing Como's. They are our go to pizza joint.
Great pizza - the best pizza ive had in windsor. Good crust and quality ingredients. Friendly service. Garlic butter crust is tasty.Food: 5/5
I picked up a large pizza for 17 and change total. Nice size pizza. Nice, fresh, hot, and full of quality toppings you can taste. I had extra sauce on it, but you probably don't need to as everything is in generous quantities. The place is well maintained and the food is well taken care of. Everything is clean, fresh, and the pizza is delicious. It has the potential to be in the Best Windsor Pizzas competition they do annually in the city. This is my new favourite place that I do strongly suggest any person who loves pizza to try. I ate half the pizza no problem .
First time I ordered I got a large and I found it greasy in the middle. The second time I ordered a king and the pizza was fantastic. I will definitely try again because the 2nd pizza was that good.
The good thing first - people running this place are very nice. The lady who took the order and who delivered were so nice. Now the bad and worst part - Pizza. If you are putting something on menu, expectations are that you have nailed the recipe. The indian style pizza was so fake and had the worst taste I've ever had. If you think, this is how indian spices works, you're mistaken. My comment is made in good faith so that you improvise your recipe. my family was so angry with me for messing with their dinner. See the pics attached to know how an entire pizza was wasted. We literally had to throw the toppings, cheese sauce etc and just eat the base.
Can’t imagine giving anything under 5 stars, just ordered a pizza for the Super Bowl, the owner himself hand delivered it!!! Honestly such a great place, will go there until I die or until I leave the city.
Very Nice people, I ordered for a Party on Monday, I did not know that they are closed on Mondays, It was nice that they opened up for us and they made it very good.A pizza needs to have generous toppings to make it good and it looked awesome and tasted awesome
the owners are very friendly and their pizza is really good....I have tried their chicken and veggie pizza...both were delicious......Food: 5/5
This place is amazing. Quality and price is still the best in the city. Nothing but positive vibes with each experience. These owners are great people as well. Easy choice.
Yummy pizza at a great price, locally owned, and the friendliest service I have experienced in a long time!
