nnMy wife and I stopped in at **Boston Pizza Alliston** this afternoon and had an awesome experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was super welcoming — no wait time at all and the hostess even let us pick our own table.nnOur server **Makias** was amazing from start to finish. He showed up right away, super friendly and professional. I mentioned I’d never tried their pizza before, and he gave me his personal recommendation — we went with it, and both my wife and I absolutely loved it!nnThe service throughout our meal was top-notch. Makias checked in just the right amount, always making sure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to get customer service this good these days, and it really made our visit stand out.nnBig thanks to Makias and the Boston Pizza team for the great food and even better service! We’ll definitely be back.

Dear Boston Pizza;nnNot only have you treated all your costumers with utmost kindness and respect but your spinach dip is phenomenal. Shout out to the amazing waitress who helped out our table, her name was Julia and her service was nothing short of perfect. Make sure to stop by here if you’re in town.

Ignored for 5 mins at the doo even though the restaurant was empty.nFood was awful quality. Used to be great quesadillas but now a 5 year old could make them better.nReally unfortunate! Never again.

Great experience. We were told right before seating that there would be a delay in food being served due to understaffing and large crowds coming from the soccer games. This was appreciated since it gave us a heads-up! Either way we were there to spend some time so we ordered the fishbowl drinks and an app to share. The maple bacon burger my husband got was a bit dry but the park fries were great. I ordered a small carbonara pizza and it was delicious! It was more than enough for me, I only had 3 small slices and took the rest home. Our server was friendly and attentive and there was lots of space for seating. Great first time experience for me.
