Since our doors first opened in 1954, Canadian families have been coming back to Swiss Chalet generation after generation. Our rotisserie ovens only accept fresh (never frozen), grain-fed, Canadian Grade A chickens, because quality is all we know. So what will it be? A Quarter Chicken with fries?

Went through the drive thru and had a great experience. Service was fast and friendly. I ordered the chicken sandwich and fries and the food was fresh and delicious.  I was surprised that they gave a choice of white or dark meeting.

The owner John can be a major dick, service is always questionable, several times plates have been offered and not delivered properly due to lack of items or garnish. The bar always has fruit flies lingering and the food comes luke warm at times. Not worth the cost.

Worst restaurant experience I can remember. Waited 70 min to food & never saw our server once beyond our initial drink order. Chicken eventually came cold, fries burnt and left under a heat light, vegetables were practically raw. The bar was set pretty low going in but this was spectacularly bad. Well done.

Service is slow at drive through. Food is good.
When dining in the service is always good. You don't have to wait too long to be seated.
