Excellent! Same great drinks, same great food as all other Montanas across the country. Prices are good, and the server was excellent. A group of us had our course graduation party there. I had a burger with fries and Mojitos. Others had the all you can eat ribs which is a steal for $32. I also got the spinach dip which never disappoints.
Place was clean…service was friendly.nIt was nice not to have to wait too long to be seated, despite the restaurant being moderately full.nnI had the Firecracker burger…I found it a bit dry, so I used dip from my sweet potato fries and we were back in business!
Great experience at Montana’s in Alliston! The staff were really friendly and welcoming, and the food was amazing. I especially loved the ribs and the brisket burger — definitely recommend trying the barbecue dishes. Had a great time and would happily come back!
We took the family there on Monday night, it was a quiet evening and it seems they only had one server; which was not a problem. It took a couple of minutes before someone greeted us at the door and we were seated in a booth with crayons and paper for the kids.nnThe menu is very Southern with ribs, brisket, mac and cheese, wings etc. They have salads and other options but essentially heavy foods.nnThe atmosphere is decent in the restaurant, by no means lively on a Monday anyway.nnService was efficient but not excellent or overly friendly.nnThe kids both had dry rub ribs with upgraded sides. We ordered the large ribs with coleslaw and poutine to share. The ribs were decent, not the best I've had but a good rib, same goes for coleslaw. The poutine could have been hotter to melt the cheese curd a bit, overall it was mediocre. The kids meals came with choice of chocolate chip cookie, wagon wheel or ice cream sandwich. The chocolate chip cookie was actually pretty good.nnAll in all it's what you expect of a chain restaurant, decent, nothing to rave about but not a bad experience.
I visited here with my family on Family Day last year, and overall, we had a good experience. I really appreciated that the server brought brown paper and colored pencils for the young kids—it was a thoughtful touch that kept them engaged and showed attention to families.nnHowever, I was a bit disappointed that a kids’ menu wasn’t provided, as it would have been helpful to have more suitable and varied options tailored to the children.nnOn the positive side, the steak was cooked to perfection and was very tasty, well-seasoned and served just right. I also appreciated that we were asked about our preferred steak doneness rather than the server making assumptions, which showed attentiveness and good customer service. The presentation of the food was appealing, and the portion sizes were satisfying.nnI also liked the seating arrangement. it was comfortable, spacious, and not too loud, which made it easy to enjoy conversations without feeling overwhelmed by noise. The overall ambiance was warm and inviting, making it a nice setting for a family outing.nnThe bathroom was clean and in good working condition, which is always important, and the general cleanliness of the space stood out. There was also good parking available, which made the visit more convenient and stress-free.nnOverall, it was a pleasant experience with a few areas that could be improved, especially when it comes to accommodating younger guests.
