Chicken was excellent. Tender. Tasty. Customer service was on point. Patient young AfroAmer man operating the cash drawer. Woman handling the chicken knew how to greet from rear and tend rotisserie machine then hop to front to assist when got busy. Staffed perfectly with someone cleaning dining hall . The sides were not that good...spinach bland...carrots looked dried out...but I know we came when it was slow. Not staff fault. Friend enjoyed meatloaf..i would definitely go back. Hopefully they'll go back to original recipes when yams were tasty.
Haven't been here in forever. Decided to pick up carryout for my family for dinner last night. 3/31/23 I ordered a 3 piece chicken combo dinner, a 1/4 chicken and 1/2 rack rib dinner and a full rack rib dinner. DELICIOUS! My only complaint was the size portion of the 3 piece chicken meal. For the price point paid, I received a very small thigh and two drum sticks. Not enough food for my son, so I gave him my 1/4 chicken to go along with his. The sides were fresh and tasty...mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy, stuffing and creamed spinach. Apparently they are out of cornbread until 4/3/23. They are subbing ciabatta bread for it. Very nice and courteous staff. The young man working the counter was friendly and helpful. The man in back was friendly and helpful as well. Nice experience overall. This Boston Market location will be on our restaurant rotation moving forward.
OUTSTANDING! Placed a catering order in the morning with a pickup time between 4:00-4:15. When we arrived, we were pleasantly greeted immediately upon entering. Our food was ready with one additional step taken by the Store Representative Manager? who asked if we wanted the rotisserie chicken carved. When we said that would be wonderful, she then advised us it was a whole chicken and a half chicken and asked if we wanted it fully carved or partially carved. We requested fully carved, which she did without hesitation and with a smile on her face. While carving the chicken, another customer entered, and she pleasantly greeted them immediately as well and advised them she would be with them shortly. She ensured everything was correct and properly boxed up. Upon leaving, she said thank you for coming and wished us a great day. All food was correct, warm, and with great portion sizes. Ultimately, it was an amazing experience and the epitome of excellent customer service! Thank you!
Great experience with the supervision food was hot and tasty. I was not sure what I wanted and the supervisor recommended the chicken mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese everything was great. Thanks for making my lunch enjoyable.
I visited the store on 1/2/2023 and the chicken was burnt, the wing was burnt but it all had burnt taste. I hadn't been to store for a couple years and won't be going back again. I gave two stars because sides were good; Please do better we all are struggling and we decided to eat out, that was money wasted.
Unfortunately, because as far as service goes, they were very slow. It was me & one other person in front of me, and it took about 20 minutes. So that made the atmosphere "irritating". The food was good not great. And, everything was hot.Food: 4/5
I went to Boston Market the people was nice. I bought the meatloaf family meal. The sides mash potatoes, yams, broccoli was good. The meatloaf didn't taste like beef. Some thought it was the impossible meat, in the end we tossed six slices of meatloaf. Also the staff didn't give me gravy, or cornbread.
Ordered ahead after Thanksgiving and went to pick it up. They were closed but inside doing catering orders. A young lady came out and was very kind, she stated that our order should not have went through because of short staffing and all the catering orders. She was sweet and apologetic. she said come back in 45 minutes and she'd have it ready. When I came back I was greeted by a manager who's attitude was best described as stank, who proceeded to argue with me about what was going on. The other young lady came out with our food and some extras for the inconvenience but the manager just rolled her eyes and walked away. Maybe this is why their is only one store left In the Milwaukee area. Make the young lady the manager, she was great.
looks like employees robbed the store and left rotting food in the trays. no sign saying it was closed. i placed the order ahead if time and was charged and only was given a $5 credit back and not my money. this place has a habbit of employees walking out so i think they finally all did. 3 months later.. still no god dammed refund!!
Two of the three plates were room temp and the third was easily sitting in a warmer bin for the whole day. It was so dry that out couldn't be cut. Potatos were good, so there's that. Lights were burned out around the menu making it hard to read and the lobby was a mess. The staff was friendly, but that was the only good part of the experience.
