Had a big order and the staff was awesome! My time was 11am on Saturday and the order was ready, fresh and delicious! The young ladies working on Saturday morning was very friendly, helpful, and polite. Thank you for your awesome service!
Inside location close so we had to go through drive-thru. I thought it would be quick bc no customers inside and only 1 car ahead of us. I placed order and waited over 20 minutes bc employees standing around goofing off. They did my order incorrectly so I asked to speak with manager which was a waste of time. She was on her cell phone, rolled her eyes, never apologized. Until management is replaced, they will continue to have complaints. Last time I ordered and did door dash and they forgot fries.
I went there tonight 04/25/2023 after work and the wait was so long! I got home and my sandwiches were thrown together with barely anything on it! They were stingy with the lunch meat and the tomatoes like are you serious, my bread was hard too! It was my first time there and I won’t be back! Oh yeah my mouth tastes like I just ate a cigarette and I’m so lost right now because I haven’t eaten anything since this morning so I know it was their food! I know there gloves weren’t clean. My mouth taste disgusting right now! I didn’t eat my fries and they weren’t even hot so they got cold on the drive home! I frequently go to the Germantown location the service is way better, you won’t have to wait long, way better friendly crew, food is WAAAAAY better and looks presentable too!
I ordered online and this time my special instructions weren't followed. I know they were short handed that day so they probably missed it. The food was still good and hit the spot. Yes I recommend them and will be going back again. Drive thru wasn't real busy and they seem to work fast.Food: 4/5
Came at 8:30 and doors were locked. Went to drive through and finally they asked for our order. We started to order our food and then they tell us they’re not serving any hot food, when everything we had already ordered was hot. Terrible service.
Shay the manager needs to be let go... mafey sandwich completely wrong and ask me to come back the next day to replace it.. it 9:45pm and she didnt want to remake it... read the reciept and look at the sandwich‍
I eat cousins everywhere and anywhere, even other states when we are traveling. Every time I get a sub I open it and I'm like, Wow- Yum! At this location in Glendale, a newer location, the sandwiches are the smallest I have ever seen anywhere!!!!! There is barely anything on the bread and the sandwich is so thin as seen by the pictures.. It is so disappointing every time I go here for lunch, get back to my desk, and unwrap my sandwich. I keep thinking the sandwiches might get more appealing each time I go there, but I guess it's Jimmy John's for me from now on. They do have good fries... If you eat Cousin's a lot, you will be disappointed here.
Evening of 8/22/22, about 8:30. After waiting over 25 minutes for my food to be completed, I asked about status, and was told, by various employees, that "they weren't sure" or "they're making it now", to "it was made but they just forgot it was ready". This wasn't even a special order - a standard no special order sub and some fries. I was only offered a refund. When the manager came over, I told her that this is the second time this has happened it happened about a month ago too, I was told "well, if I had had this happen, I wouldn't have been back". Guess what, I won't be. This is the worst Cousins I have ever been at.
How long does it take for a steak and cheese w/o lettuce & tomato? I returned to window after 33 minutes and that was in late afternoon after lunch crowd. This is the second time I returned to Cousins at this location and had to return to window when and after lunch crowd had disappeared . No one in parking at time and it still took from.20 min to 45 min for a sandwich ordered from car Parking: Available parking.
This was the lunch rush hour and drive-thru was a little bit crowded. But overall experience was great.Food: 4/5
