I found my perfect pair of boots here and I absolutely LOVE them! The owners are so incredibly welcoming and helpful. This store has a wide assortment of boots, belts, buckles, hats, jewelry, and clothing. We didn’t come in knowing too much but every single one of our questions was answered fully, honestly, and without judgment. The layout and decor was also very aesthetically pleasing and made for a fun and engaging shopping experience. I highly recommend making the trip to shop here!

I've been to Texas, Alberta and Saskatchewan....I still buy my boots there. Best boot store I've ever been in. Last visit I found a really hard to find straw Stetson. Great Western accessories like toe caps, ties and buckles. The people who own the place are really nice and very knowledgeable, having been in the business for years. Cant say enough good things about Bootmaster

Wow! What a service. It was my 1st time in the store. They were very knowleageble, attentive, and had the patience to explain the difference of the hats. It was a pleasure to shop in your store.

A great place for western wear in downtown Toronto. I purchased a pair of Chippewa service boots yesterday and I couldn't be more pleased with them. These people know their boots! Helen was very friendly, knowledgeable and a great help. I definitely plan to return again in the near future.

Amazing selection of quality boots, including many exotics, close to many other venues, so if your looking for anything in western, this is your place to go. Revisited in September 2021. Still amazing

Since 1988 Bootmaster the one and only in all the world! A must! What an amazing experience and wonderful beautiful boots, hats, belts! I finally found my dream leather top hat! Thank you Bootmaster! 35 years!!! Incredible!

Me and my wife had such an amazing experience from the moment we stepped in first class service. We were looked after right away and the staff took care of so well that I’m writing this review at 12 in the morning. I really appreciate the customer service and friendly culture here. They really showed great appreciation for their customers and I look forward to future purchases here!

I only have good positive comments about this store. It will be my third pairs of boots I will buy from them and always a good service. If you are in Toronto go check it out, if not you can order online it is easy and safe.

Nick and his wife are freakin fantastic. Down to earth honest boots on the ground . I would not buy boots any where else..One review called them expensive, You can drive a Porsche you can drive hyundi. For the quality you get at BootMaster its a good deal . You will be turning over your odometer years later . Walk the miles and see .
