Booster Juice

Need to compliment the customer service I received here this morning from Cat! She was welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable on the products. I didn't know there were free add ins to help top up ur daily vitamins/ add on to your supps. She helped me pick out what was best for my day moving forward and continued a pleasant conversation! In addition, I greatly appreciate the hours this spot is open till, one of the only nutrition places in the area that's operating before 10am. Yummy smoothies!

Staffs are so nice and welcoming. Lady and Ram are wonderful employees. Raspberry Rupture is the best!

Had a horrible experience at this location. The manager Kat was unfriendly, extremely rude and slow to make my order. Being the only customer in the store and two employees, I waited over 20 minutes for an order of 4 smoothies. She had prioritized orders coming through on UberEats/Skip before finishing my order. When I politely asked approximately how much longer needed to pick up my daughter from school she did not acknowledge me but rather, she asked me to “stop being entitled.” I was appalled by her customer service, or lack there of. She declined to give me a refund for my 4th smoothie which I could not stay to wait for. Unfortunately, I will not return to this location again. The owners need to be aware of how awful the store manager is and should consider how her attitude may effect their business in the long run.

Always excellent but please fix your store phone so customers can call in and order. It’s been not working for 5-6 days now :

Unbelievably atrocious experience with the manager, Kat a Filipina ladyjust in case she gave me a wrong name. I walked in with only 2 customers, a father and son, in the store. Kat was finishing their order… but even though the chime went off, she did not greet me, say she would be right with me, or even look over to say “hi”. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, and after a minute or two, I said “hello” with a smile, and she looked over extremely unpleased with me and said “hello?” with a lot of attitude. I was shocked to say the least and she basically continued to behave like I was a huge inconvenience. After she finished the order, did a little cleanup, and then went to talk to her associate, she finally approached the till. I asked if everything was okay, and started to rant about how she was so busy when I walked in, and how frustrating her job is… I was more disgusted and appalled than I’ve ever been at any establishment prior, so I couldn’t even bring myself to order anything, and just walked out. The worst part for me is that I am moving to that area. But after this experience, I will never step foot in this specific Booster Juice again.

Good place, good people, good food and juice. I recommend supporting this location. Awesome presentation when you order with skip the dishes as well.

The staff who work here are lovely but there are never enough of them. Anytime you try to get a smoothie here, there are usually at least 2 people already waiting and a long line of people that will show up after you -- I'd argue a chunk of them will leave without ordering because it takes so long. I don't know if prioritizing UberEats and delivery apps is the issue or if there just aren't enough people to go around but it's pretty bad.

Best service I've ever experienced at any BJ at the many I've frequented to date all over BC. Young energetic staff you can tell actually want to be there. Idk if it's cause I'm in NV but having been an Sbux manager I know good service and these three today wowed me. 07-23-16

I used to love your tropi kale smoothie. I wasn’t feeling good and spent a fortune on having skip deliver it. It’s not a smoothie anymore. I’m drinking kale pineapple and ice. There is definitely no frozen yogurt in it. And it’s kinda gross because mostly it’s an ice / kale slushie . I poured some out and that’s visibly what it looks like not just tastes. I’m extremely let down. Won’t be getting anymore supposed yogurt smoothies there again. Waste of my money.
