Great customer service from the start. Plumber called ahead to let me know he was on his way, showed up on time, was polite, professional and relatable. He took time to explain what was going on with out being condescending and/or trying to sell me on things I don't need. He cleaned up after himself and was out the door in an expedient manner.

I have had Master Plumbing Services out for a couple of repairs and water heater replacement. Their installers are professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I will consistently use them for their customer first mentality, and professional work! Thank you!

We had Master Plumbing Services, LLC came and replaced a water heater in January. After some miscommunication with our home warranty service provider, we were able to get service the next day. Everything completely installed and finished in one day.

Normally I don't do reviews but these plumbers were way out of line. had a problems lighting my pilot light on my hot water heater, and was told by the utility company to call a plummer to light it. I called a local plummer Master Plummer here in I.G.H.. The service man came and he light it which took him a whole 10 in.. I had a couple of questions for him about a new tub install so he was here less than one half hour and I was charged 1.75 Hrs. For this I was charged $185.00 which included a $60.00 trip charge whatever that is. If you are a senior like you can expect it to be very expensive for these plummer. I would not recommend them.
