Bone Appetit is a locally owned and managed pet store. We specialize in holistic Dog & Cat food, Treats, Toys, Accessories and we provide dog grooming services. Our groomers were voted best pet groomers in Kelowna for 2014, 2015 & 2017!

Story

Bone Appetit isn't just any pet store. A quick walk through our store and you will immediately notice the difference. While we are similar to many holistic pet food stores in serving only the best foods for your pets, we have tried to create a bit of pet heaven by stocking our store with one of the largest selection of toys, treats, and accessories in Kelowna.

I put my back out today and couldn't get out of my car to pick up cat food and we were out! I called the store and asked the woman working if she could help. She delivered the food to my car and helped me with the payment. She didn't even know I was one of their regular customers and she was the only person working. I've always had good experiences shopping here but today's experience solidified my loyalty to supporting this local company that goes above and beyond to help their customers. I'm not someone who asks or accepts help often but am so grateful for her support today!

Wonderful place to get your dog groomed. Everyone there is friendly and helpful and loving!

On March 22 11:30 we took our pet to be groomed We have taken before however this time was different. Our liitle guy has been nervous and frightened ever since we brougjt him home Although we do not have proof we do believe the groomer must have been aggresive and possibly hit him. He was so tramatized and still is. We have decided that we will not have him groomed again at this establishment If you are considering please do not leave your beloved pet alone. Remain with them through the process for their safety and your peace of mind
