Best sandwiches in the city. The banana java chip smoothie is unique and super refreshing, and I always get the avocado brie sandwich myself. I drove in from North Van just to get one!!

The food combos here are inexpensive, prepared quickly and healthy (depending on your selection). Staff are nice as well. Only complaint is that the hot food isn't always evenly heated. A really nice place to grab lunch with friends or co-workers.

As Program Coordinator at a major Film school here in Vancouver, we rely on Bonchaz for our catering needs. They have been nothing but perfect and very accommodating. They are always on time and the food is delicious. We recommend them to all of our contacts here in Vancouver. Great job Bonchaz!

The best lunch spot in Gastown that you probably haven't heard of. $9 gets you an amazing combo: any two entrees. I usually get a quiche and a sandwich, and boy oh boy it's delicious. Plus an additional 10% off with a student ID. All items are made in house and are super fresh.

I like their products, and I go almost every day to take espresso shots, which are amazing, best in the area, and cheaper than others, sometimes I get a free bun as well. However, the place could be improved with more light and bright, it is darker than other cafes and make you feeling uncomfortable to stay while consuming, should have more space for the customers take a coffee and hang with friends. Currently, the place has an open view for its stock making the environment not friendly to hang while drinking a beverage or eating a sandwich. In addition, I would recommend that its menu being more visible and easier to understand.
