Bon Nails

I have been going to Tiffany since this place opened in the middle of the covid restrictions. For a brand new place then, all staff have always been amazing with me and other people I bring along like my niece and my mom. My mom is very picky but she was very impressed with the service she got. Even if I don't get Tiffany for appointments as sometimes I call last minute, other staff is still as amazing. The staff is always kind esp if I smudged my nail from opening a wallet and pulling a credit card out, they fix it without question. That's a great customer service. So thank you Tiffany and your amazing staff for your awesome work and service that you all provide. It is worth the price. I now live in BC but I still come here for mani, pedi & eye brow wax when I visit family & friends in Alberta.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My friend and I went in for manicures and showed them a picture and they did not do anything like what the picture showed. The lines were uneven and not done well at all. Which is disappointing because as a nail salon they should be able to draw simple lines. I had to ask her three times that I wanted the picture before she even attempted to do so. Anything we requested they would get annoyed and they asked 15$ extra for a chrome coat! That’s outrageous. Me and my friend went to get the new set of nails on Monday. They were closing early due to long weekend but they welcomed us. They rushed and Didn’t even clean our cuticles. My friend have only had her gel nails for 6 days and already 4 have broken off. And I called them today and she said you can’t have it for life time. I have never had this happen . Wasted $120

Always love the welcoming staff and super clean atmosphere. My favorite place for a pedicure, and they also take wonderful care of my mom & daughter!

Worst pedicure I’ve ever received. Used the blade on my heels and cut both heels!! One is quite a bad cut and the other is a small one. Both tender to walk on. Don’t waste your time or money here.Service: Pedicure

Worse place ever! Please don't waste your time and money to go there. I have veen getting my nails done for long time and this was my first time I went to binh's, my nails are not all the same color and shape she didn't do it properly. They were rushed. Unprofessional and very very bad customers service. We spent 400 for all of us and worse service ever. Please don't waste your money there. Nails spa suppose be a relaxing experience nor rushed and bad service and nail tech who doesmr know how to do thier job.

Very clean inside, the staff are friendly and helpful. They took the time to make sure the manicure and pedicure I got looked perfect and it didn’t feel rushed at all like some other places. Great price for everything. Edit: it’s now been over a month and my nails though grown out a bit are just as secure and firm and beautiful. No lifting of the tips or any thing. I’ve never had such a great manicure! Thanks Binh’s Nails!!

Short notice, but they took me! I've been to this location a couple times now. Both times were a very positive experience. The staff are welcoming, and friendly. Nice and clean! Well priced! Definitely recommend this nail salon

The nail technician Tiffany is amazing! I am extremely particular about my nails when it comes to shape and details and she always delivers. The staffs are extremely friendly and the conversation are entertaining. Overall it's always a great experience with these ladies.
