I've taken my business elsewhere where they actually know how to do nails and toenails. To your response I was a walk-in over a week ago and Quinn did my nails the owner and it's clear she does not know how to do nails or toenails. Sorry I just think it's best to put out there that is best I find someone else that actually knows what they're doing thank you.Services: Waxing

Quinn did such a good job on my manicure and pedicure. She listens to what you want, has great attention to detail and takes the time to perfect everything. My nails are exactly what I wanted and I’ve never had a better experience at a nail salon.Services: Bridal services

I want to rate the service higher, as most of my visit was great; however, the tech botched 1 toe during the pedicure. When cutting the nail of my big toe, the tech pulled the nail out of the side, like creating a hang nail and yanking it out causing initial discomfort and a fair bit of bleeding. She handled it well, stopped the bleeding etc, and I get we all make mistakes; however, my toe became quite swollen and painful and still is a week later. It's a tough call, hence 3 stars. Should have been an easy 4, but felt more like a 2 star the following day.Service: Pedicure

During busy hours nobody picking up the call. You dont have receptionist. Add more staff so you can accomodate and assists more clients to bring more income to your business. I am a regular client and just your neighbor. I am very dissapointment that day When I kept ringing your phone for 5 times. And when I arrived in your shop. The lady who is available she said your shop is busy. I saw its just 4 staff working.

Terrific attention to detail. SO clean. They took us in exactly on time, maybe five minutes late, which I’m not used to and was appreciated. My brother has never had a pedicure and they shaved off SO MUCH dead skin that he is shocked how much better it feels to wear shoes now. Goof says “best pedicure I ever had!” And I’ve only had 5 or so pedicures but I’d say the same. Great service, highly recommend. Pity I’m only visiting!
