Had two young girls with me who got acrylics while I got a pedicure. All turned out fantastic! Salon was clean. Staff was friendly. Service was fantastic. 100% would recommend.

Q Nails Griesbach is absolutely amazing! I have been going here regularly since 2019. All of the staff there are very attentive in the skilled and professional job that they do. My all time favourite nail place!! The girls here are so kind and fantastic at their work!! Have been coming here since the summer when I moved close by and won’t go anywhere else, also got my nails done the other day and broke 2 after a few days      which sucked but they booked me an appointment right away and fixed it no questions asked! Walked in for a simple gel manicure. They were able to see me right away yay! and service was not only well-priced and friendly, but the manicure was better in quality than I have received at other more expensive salons in the city. It was about $40 for the gel and an additional $5 for the ombre design I requested. They paid great attention to detail both in cleaning up my nails/cuticles and in application of polish. This is definitely my new salon- and there's great food and bubble tea options around for before/after as well! Could not even try this service out as when I booked an online appointment they turned me away and said to rebook the appointment or wait an hour because they had not looked at the Facebook booking page. I would suggest they remove the booking allowance on Facebook and only do call book ins so it does not cause confusion or frustration from both the customer and the staff involved. Especially if a customer has travelled far to be seen and quickly turned away if does not look good on the company to do so when you had already booked that day and time. I have not gotten my nails done there for some time now and have no further comments on the quality of the nails or the staff. Only that they should improve booking and communication with the customers.

absolutely terrible experience. got a pedi and lower leg wax. they cut my toenails unevenly and infected my ingrown nail. lower leg wax was disgusting and unprofessional. i got a bunch of ingrown hairs even though i’ve been waxing for a decade now thus know how to care for skin waxing. but the wax was barely hot and resulted in broken hairs, meaning they were not pulled from the root as they’re supposed to. what’s worse is they charged $50. you could go to a reputable waxing salon and get your lower legs done for $30. that was my mistake for trusting a nail salon could do a decent job.Services:&nbsp;Polish removal

Almost walked out. Do not come here unless you want your skin clipped. I told her at least 5 times she was hurting me and clipping my skin to where it was bleeding, and she did nothing. Then making it burn with whatever else she put on it. I’ve had multiple pedicures before and this was the worst. Will not be coming back.Service:&nbsp;Pedicure

I have been going to Q Nails Greisbach for 7 months now, each time I leave thoroughly impressed. Their prices are awesome considering I get designs and longer nails $50-60. The girls take their time and pay attention to detail. They have been able to do any design I've asked for and I always leave pleased. Any time I've had any issues they are extremely accommodating and always fix it for me quickly & free of charge. They're starting to get more popular because of how great of a job they do, so sometimes there is a bit of a wait but I don't mind earlier in the morning and late evening are the least wait. This is the only location I go back to time and time again.

Honestly I wouldn’t recommend this place to the dumb Karen who opened her trap and got shut up for speaking out of line while I tried dealing with the poor management. Nothing but poor quality, poor customer service, and lack of management training. Making false posts online is very pedi and immature. Thank you for making the holidays difficult I’ll save my self, friends and family the head ache and embarrassment of doing business at this establishment.
