Johnson’s did an amazing job of cleaning both of my wedding dresses and veil, would definitely recommend them for this service! Lesley was so helpful and it was really competitively priced compared to others offering the same service. My dresses were packed up so neatly, look like new and smell wonderful. The quality of the dry-cleaning and button repair was very poor. I had to take the suit back as it hadn’t been properly cleaned. When I picked it up for the second time the suit still had not been properly cleaned. Although the staff are very friendly and were apologetic when I returned I will not be returning due to the poor quality product.
Great well known brand with good prices. Friendly staff, clean shop, lots of parking spaces. Quick turn around time. Dry cleaned and pressed professionally. Also offer other cleaning services and key cutting service.
My wife and I got married in Italy and on our return we realised there was a lot of dampness on her dress which created a terrible smell. At one stage we thought it won't be wearable again however the ladies at the Bolton store did an amazing job. Furthermore their customer service was outstanding.Service: Organic dry cleaning
The Ladies here are always super nice and helpful but my last visit was a bit weird and disappointing, I dropped off my dry cleaning and after what I thought was an excessively long time without a text or call to say my items were ready 3 weeks + so I decided to call "Them"! , and was given a strange garbled excuse saying that it was their "I.T." department that was at fault for nobody contacting me but my things were cleaned and ready for collection! I asked her to check if they had my details ok having previously taken advantage of their priority service they definitely have she read back my mobile number correctly like I said always really nice and helpful but i don't think I will take something if really need it quickly!
It's a dry cleaners but a very friendly dry cleaners, they go out of their way to help whether it be alterations or your drying on a filthy wet day. In my opinion you treat everyone the way you would like to be treated, so give these ladies a smile because they always have one for you.
Use this for a few things really alterations parcels coming and going the ladies who work there are are lovely always so friendly chatty and extremely helpful .I took an alteration in recently and I swear she’s magic you can’t even tell the item had a hole see picture Highly recommend taking everything here for what ever is needed and using there other services I’ve never had any problems at all 10 /10 for allServices: Delivery
This is definitely the most respectful, clean and professional clothing service establishment I've been to in the entire North west. Lesley is a real sweet heart, just had a new born baby boy and she took real good care of the clothes, wash, dry and ironed them. Really recommended this place for all your clothing needs they really know what they are doing with clothes unlike other places out there. I will definitely be returning more frequently and i recommended Johnsons Bolton Burden Park to anyone who need there clothes dry cleaning, altering etc. Thanks Lesley really appreciate it. 5 stars!!!
