By far the worst dry cleaning experience I have ever encountered. I have experienced two terrible trips to this location and with a number of other dry cleaning services nearby I will absolutely be going elsewhere from now on. After dropping off three items on the Monday (one of which required a quick repair), I was told to come back on Saturday to pick everything up. When I arrived I discovered that none of my items had been cleaned yet (only the quick repair which was just sewing a button back on) and absolutely needed one of the items for an event that evening. Sadly this was not the first time my items were not ready on time but wanted to give Deeya another try after the first incident. Once again horrible service. Please do yourselves a favor and go to any of the other locations nearby - this place is poorly run, the quality of work is mediocre, and yet they still try to charge you for incomplete work. Terrible service!

I have been a loyal customer for the entire three years I have lived here, sometimes coming multiple times a week. The owner of this drycleaning establishment is very shady. I dropped four panels of curtains off to get drycleaned. The employee was very sweet and warned me that it would be expensive - $25 per panel. I thanked her and said let's go ahead with it anyways. When I went to pick them up she mentioned that they are "almost okay". I didn't really understand that until I brought them home and opened them up to hang. There are HOLES and burn marks all over them! They are completely ruined and I paid $100 for complete garbage. I called her and she admitted that she knew they were damaged when I picked them up. I finally spoke with the owner to let him know that I expect my money back and he said he would give me 20% off and that's all he could do. He admitted he also saw the curtains and somehow thought it was still okay to charge me $100! I am absolutely disgusted with how he handles his business and if I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely unacceptable. Run far away from this shady place of business!!

I dropped my 2 shirts off to be washed. When I picked them up they charged my husband for dry cleaning prices and my shirts came back dirty. When I confronted the lady in the store that my recipe had said a different price and showed her my original receipt she told me that she can't give me my money back. I called the store owner and he said he was to busy to talk to me. He called me back 3 days later and told me he's not giving my any money back and he doesn't care if I use he's cleaning serves. I will never return and I'm very disappointed with the lack of customer serves. I don't recommend this place unless you like getting ripped off!! I guess $5.50 is worth a lift time of business!
