Open late which is a huge bonus and since the renovations it's pretty spacious and laid out well.

Very clean gym,new equipment,friendly and curtious stuff. The best part,hige tvs on the walls,you never miss a hockey game.

This is a fantastic place to work out. It is a smaller area designed spaciously so there's lots of free space to exercise. The place is well taken care of and the equipment is constantly being cleaned. It just had a recent upgrade as well. The employees are incredibly friendly and will chat with you. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. Love it!

Very nice facility with all the equipment you need on two floors with an ideal location in downtown Parksville. Friendly and helpful staff always present to assist in any way they can. Very reasonably priced membership options for what is included. Would recommend this gym for those looking for something not too big and not too small at the same time!
