Great place to work out. Loads of space, updated equipment and the classes are the best- Even Vancouver gyms don't have the "on demand" class feature that lets you choose between the latest "circuit and boot camp like" training to Yoga, Pilates, Spinning, Jillian Michael's- the works! The all-female environment means you can just "do you" and be comfortable seeking a healthy outcome!
