I'm in pain more now than when I went in, i am not sure if the lady was not trained or if she didn't speak English properly, but that was not my idea of relaxation. I'm so dissatisfied with my money spent !

Best got reflexology massage. It was dope. I feel like flying then found diem then flying again. Impossible not to fall asleep!

I was referred to Body Kneads by a therapist in Boston who'd previously worked with Victoria and recommended her highly. My first appointment ended up being with Katie, and I was thrilled with her as a therapist! She is very knowledgeable and skilled. I've been back to see her several times now, and she's always sensitive to my needs; the experience is always therapeutic and relaxing. The group as a whole seems very professional and very attentive to and generous with their clients.

At least 4.5 stars for my massage from Kati. She is awesome! I felt very relaxed and loose for days afterward. The setting however only gets about 3 stars. Not the greatest appearance from the exterior, to say the least, and parking is essentially non-existent. When you enter, you feel as if you are in someone's home. It is clean and organized but I prefer a much more spa-like experience. Walking through the kitchen to get to the bathroom felt ackward. And being offered tea or water to sit and enjoy afterwards in the waiting room (yes, with the phone & appt desk) is not even close to my idea of relaxation. Improvements can definitely be made in that respect. I will say that the meditative music during the massage was perfect, and managed to drown out the noise of outside traffic of Waterman St and Whole Foods Market without being loud. Overall, great massage but probably would not return as I enjoy a much more relaxing, spa-like atmosphere for my money.
