I received a $200 gift card for my boyfriend for my birthday a year-and-a-half ago. When I attempted to make an appointment for a facial I was informed that they had no record of my gift card. I had to physically drive to the Providence location to submit their gift card and a few days later I got a call stating they will honor the gift card for $100. Christy and then proceeded to tell me that she was doing me a favor by giving me the best facial that they had which only totals to $125. I spent a considerable amount of time on the phone with her explaining how upset I was that I was robbed for $75 worth of service simply because they lost track of their transaction. She was not willing to budge and to honor the entire amount of the gift card so buyer beware. If you purchase something from this ridiculous place odds are you're not going to get any customer service whatsoever. She had no explanation as to what happened to the transaction, nor was she willing to accommodate to save her business reputation. They got four thumbs down if I had two more thumbs. I will make sure that no one gets mistreated and taken advantage of ever again by this company.

Amazing service every time I go! I usually get one of the facials and my face feels great for weeks! Worth every penny!
